Reload bar 100% indication

This is a suggestion for Railgun and Thunder turrets (Smoky and Hammer?).

For this 2 turrets when you are in battle and you just shoot, the reload bar is completely empty (0%) and you can only shot again when it is full (100%). However it is difficult to actually see exactly when the bar reload is at 100%. I found this frustrating, especially in XP/BP battle.

Therefore I was wondering if the reload bar could flash (or change color for a short moment) when it is fully reloaded. It's not much, but would help. :)
On top of the visual indication a clear sound could be also added (like for the Hammer turret).
As an example, see gif below, how it could looks like.

TO_Reload_Bar_01.gif

Hammer turret has a very distinctive and clear sound when 100% reloaded, however visual reload consistency across the turret could not hurt, so I would include Hammer in the list too.
Smoky turret shoot at quick intervals, so not sure if this would have any benefit.

It would for sure ease up the gameplay for beginners.

Especially for longer reload times (like rail) a soundindication should give a reload sound PLUS some intermediate clicks too.

Those intermediate clicks train your brain to the time interval between them, so you know when to shot, instead of you need to wait for the final sound with silence before.

Think of the reloadtime = 5 seconds, then it could be like this:

[sound of first shot]

[click]

[click]

[click]

[click with brighter sound]  <- now you know to get ready, estimate time to full reload in your brains and shot right in time

[fully loaded sound] <- you trigger the space bar

The time interval between the sounds is always the same = loading time div by 5. So your brain gets used/trained to the time interval between clicks, and you can trigger the shot in the moment it is reloaded, instead of having to (wait, listen, process the thing you heard with usual human reaction time, and finall trigger late).

I once coded a 3rd party script that does exactly this for my rail, and it helped a lot.

If you are sure you will make a shot once you reloaded, you can just hold the space key pressed, it will trigger the shot as soon as your reload is finished.

Thanks.

What about a low gauge display indication also for Freeze, Firebird, Isida, Vulcan and Richochet?

Energy will turn orange when it reach level below 30% :)

Energy will turn red when it reach level below 15% :)

This would be pretty neat. But as someone mentioned here, if you absolutely want to fire when the reload bar is 100% full, you can just hold down the spacebar in advance. I often do this with Shaft and especially Thunder, and it ensures that there is essentially no delay between the reload finishing and the weapon firing. If you do this, there is little need to have an indicator, because your reaction time to shoot upon seeing the indicator is slower than just having your keyboard fire off signals up until exactly when your turret is ready to fire. I suppose that if one's keyboard has major ghosting issues, this wouldn't be possible, so there is still merit to the idea.

Yes, you both are right, i tried it and i don't have ghosting issue, still in xp/bp i might change my mind and not shoot straight away, but the signal (visual and sound) will tell me that's the weapon is ready for shooting at command. The sound signal works pretty well with Hammer, it just need to be implemented with the visual across the whole turret range.
