What have you done with this game balance update you noobs...

 

Polygon CP battles are so silly and boring now. More than ten out of sixteen players are using Freeze and Firebird.

like i said more players will stick to only the op turrets and hulls to gain crystals .. soon all you will see is battles made for them for get about the other hulls and turrets which should be used ..

Thousands of players join this game every day, so does it matter if you leave?

you gotta be kidding me..nobody would like to play game called pay to win and thats what tanki is now and it wasnt when i started so stop telling me if they would care if i quit

 

ofcourse they wont care but i am sure people like me who were buyers will quit...

 

1000 of people who join < 1000 of buyers who quit

 

most people who join are not buyers simply because when you first start you have no clue if you would like the game

 

 

it is all about engagement and keeping clients by your side.its number 1 rule of business..

 

if your letting your premium buyers leave because of your stupidities then you cannot expect every new player joining everyday to stick along for such a long time anyways

I had M0 Shaft which i upgraded a little to 135 damage per shot which cost a few thousand crystals, but then I saved up 17,900 to buy the M1 and then I upgraded the M1 to get to 162 damage per shot. A good 30,000 crystals were spent. Now with the new rebalance I'm back to 133.6. I put 30,000 to make my M0 an M1 and stronger to end up nearly as weak as M0 again.

 

I'd like some compensation for the robbery of my crystals. Either a full refund of my shaft and MU's, or a month of free premium.

 

I'm NOT letting this slide. Players should have been refunded from the START with the loss of their purchases.

 

I WAS planning on buying 100 gold boxes and drop them all in a single battle and record a video to post on youtube to show my love for the game, but I'm not so sure anymore and 100 gold boxes costs a lot of REAL money!

 

Either I get compensation or you miss out on a buying player. I'm ready to leave the game entirely.

Viking is Flying and frisking as if its wasp.

 

turrets seem to be laggy.when you try to turn turrets they lag and give me a bloody headache.whats the bloody reason for this..

if they want to enhance the gameplay, they should hire a team of people who are good at playing this game and ask for their advice, because apparently the developers are too busy coding useless crap instead of experiencing what it's like playing the game.

 

but they won't do it, the same reason why they will not listen to the community. They do not care about making the game better, all they care about is money, they want make sure everything is balanced so that people waste their money on everything. They don't want me using ONLY wasp, they want me to use hornet, dictator etc

 

the end result will be tanki becoming so horrible with the updates that everyone will start moving to Tanki X. That's their goal, ruin this game. Don't you remember 1 year ago when the developers were saying "it's so easier to code in UNITY", they forgot the part "that's why we need to kill the FLASH and move there".

 

FLASH TO is officially dead.

i just dont get it

 

they take so much pain of getting us to fill the bloody surveys

guess what we get exactly opposite of what we fill

 

the logic we get is:-

 

1) people on forum are 1 percent of players playing this game.ok?

 

so then lets have some transparency and show us the result of the surveys you filled and find out who liked the last few updates

do you have the courage tanki?

Nobody will want to go to Tanki X at all, Devs. After all the effort players have given to play this game for 6 years!!!!! you ruin it with one update. Rico and hammer no have been ruined beyond belief, and I can even find the words what you have done to XP/BP. All you have become are money grabbers and which shows that you have no respect for the game or players who have spent their lives playing what used to be a great game 2 years ago. I used to be able to come online around this time on the weekends and sometimes there would be 200k people online, now its lucky if you see 60k. Developers get your act together and fix these changes quickly back to before the update or the game wont last that long, and  if you think that Tankers will just move to Tanki X, your wrong.

The devs took stupid pills obviously. They didnt put a single reasonable thought into this update. This isn't my opinion, it's FACTUAL since everybody is so upset.

 

WHO WANTS TO BOYCOTT TANKI TO REMOVE THESE UPDATES!?

This could actually truely work.

 

Those pro's know why & when (tactical scenario & map) which turret is superioir or inferior to another one.. what is most anoying and so on.

If you get a bunch of players that are pro's in at least 2 turrets and hulls per player, then such (mature) pro's could tell you much more about balance, then all statistics the dev's ever check.

 

They could tell the dev's more detailes and aspects, and come up with ideas. Together they could try out suggestions from the ideas section of the forum, and then the dev's could make a more clear balance scenario.. this scenario can be tested with the pros.. and after some test series they would get something more decent.

 

 

But

 

 

  • the pro players will talk about balance of power.
  • The devs talk about balanced diversity (each tank, each turret, same amount of playing hours).

 

The dev's often stated they believe that they can meassure balance on the "hours used" of equipment. This is only half the truth.

Truely overpowered stuff gets used more, of course. But stuff that is simply fun and great (like Wasps were) are used a lot too. And I guess noone could call a Wasp overpowered in a non-format battle..

Lol Yes, and because freeze and firebird are OP in Polygon does not mean they are OP in general.  

 

The point of Polygon CP is to spawn, wave your turret around while holding down the spacebar in the general direction of the enemy, make the battle fund go up, die, and respawn.

Yes, instead of one overpowered turret - Isida, we get another overpowered  turret - Freeze. And that's not exactly the balance.

I've made this argument from a different angle.

 

Currently you log on and see the vast majority of games are tanks slaughterhouse games like Poly CP. (Noise, Sandbox,etc) That means the data the devs have collected is dominated by data from these sort of games. So the "fixes" are heavily influenced by the conditions of the slaughterhouse ... which as yo say do not reflect condition when playing on tactical maps.

As for XP/BP, I feel the threeshots, and faster reload only lead to more dynamic gameplay..,

Well to tell the truth there is one strategy that I constantly see in Polygon CP and also other game modes... 1,2,3,4, and sometimes 5. Those buttons make the player a pro who can kill entire teams. watapro

rico has the range always did and if you add the alternations to it the range is way more like scope ..its too strong for other things its just ok but not good against hammer that is now the in turret to get

'Dynamic gameplay' please just shut up... It makes the game mode perfect for campers. Hull speed decreased and reload speed increased. Even to me that sound like some perfect changes to start camping.

You'll have enough time to kill other players before they get to you, because: 1. they are slower and 2. you can shoot more often.

 

Another aspect is more spawn kills because of the decreased reload time and decreased delay. The enemy can shoot so often now that you dont have time to get cover.

Or take the map Parma for example. Games will take even longer now. If you trick a opponent into shooting you can move 2 parts of wall at max without being shot now. And if you are playing with more than 1v1 it will take much longer.

The whole ppoint of XP/BP was being fast and dealing damage while on the move... GONE

After this update I have experienced two new problems with shaft, including a fairly old one too. 

 

1. After the update, a lot of Shaft users including myself have experienced what I have dubbed 'Blank shots'. This is where a shaft enters scope mode, proceeds to fire a shot and once he has done so, no damage is dealt after hitting the enemy. This is really bad, it has happened to me various times already and has lead to roughly 30 deaths so far after the update. I find myself charging my shaft twice just to kill a mere m0 hornet, truly you understand how frustrating that must feel.

 

2. The impact force of the shaft has been essentially removed. This mean that shaft can't be used to deflect enemy turrets' shots by shifting their hull. That's disappointing as this is a major key when using shaft, and plays a great element in its usage. Additionally, the penetration force is no longer existent which again is extremely disappointing and sad to see that the turret is being stripped of its key usage factors. I can no longer kill two enemies in one shot, please change these two factors and increase impact force and add penetration force, it's only fair to us all.

 

3. Lastly, occasionally I find my tank spawning and one I have done so my shaft is locked into turning in a certain direction, I am sure that many can agree that this has been a long time issue that hasn't be resolved for ages and has been brought to your attention. The same occurs occasionally when you enter scope mode, where the scope just randomly starts moving upwards without the user controlling it. 

 

Truth is, I don't see why developers are thinking of new turrets when the current ones sometimes don't even work properly. Furthermore, with this update you have forced people to switch playing styles, I can no longer play how I used to as I am forced to face the fact that I can't kill an M0 hornet with no protection with an M3 Shaft at full loaded power...

Other issues I have:

 

Before the recent game balance, I truly believed that firebird was too intense with its power. Its afterburn lasted unbelievably long and the turret reloaded ridiculously fast. Now you guys have gone to the other extreme and made freeze's freeze power OVERPOWERED as hell and lowered firebird's power. How do you even escape freeze when in one second your tank is frozen solid, it's impossible let me tell you. Does anyone test the new updates before you release them? Is that those people down in the test servers? If you're basing the new updates on their gatherings, you can already tell that you're going to have slight issues. The recent update is one of them. What was the most commonly used turret during the tests? Smoky I presume as it is the turret that has gained the most out of all of this. Impact force, correct me if I wrong but reload is quicker? It's mental and overpowered. 

 

 

I am requesting for you guys to take another look into the equipment balance while you bear in mind people's previous playing styles in accordance to each turret and hull. You've essentially made me waste crystals buying a turret which I am frankly starting to dislike, even worse, for people who buy crystals, you wasted their thousands of dollars. Surprised no one is up in here complaining properly to be honest.

 

 

Other than that, great update, truly mean it and thank you for consulting us ALL about the upcoming changes, allowing us ALL to provide FEEDBACK, allowing us ALL on the test servers. It truly has made the game so much more ENJOYABLE to play.
