Now that Isida has become so weak, it is useless in battle and they cannot heal or attack enemy players. The Isida players have become so rare, (rarest turret in Tanki Online), so the developers must react quickly and make M4 Isida just as powerful as it used to be otherwise if there's not enough players using Isida or buying it, it will disappear forever.

 

 

I am an isida M2 player ,and its true isida has lost some of the strength points as... self-healing and healing of other players but i am confident when the future alterations for isida are going to be introduced isida is going to be powerful again .

 

I've cheked your profile and you have a K/D ratio of 0,8 ,while i have an K/D of 4,20 ,my next objective is to make it 5 .

Don't compare K/D. it is pretty much a useless stat.

 

Your M2 isida may be doing fine for now. Some questions for you though...

- did you buy it at unlock rank, or in a kit?

- are you fighting tankers of your rank or below? How do you fare against ranks above you?

- do you use a lot of (garage) supplies?

- Do you use it in DMs?

 

As for alterations - unfortunately we have no guarantees what they will be. Strike that - there is one guarantee. They will cost a lot of crystals.

I'm not sure why none of you like this update. Did you guys really enjoy fighting people who couldn't defend themselves? Although I will agree that Isida's self-heal is too weak now, overall it's a 9/10 update.

If I play my M0 and M1 accounts, I do like the new balance too (except Wasp turning accleration and Isidas self heal).

 

In M0 and M1 my Wasp can fairly well compete with M0 and M1s.

If I switch to my M3 account, it's crap somehow.

 

Before the update it was hard to compete with all those M3 medium hulls (they are pretty fast already, and accelerate great). Hard but... ok.

Now after the update it is no fun at all

I don't like the update on Isida because they have reversed the imbalance. Reversed - not removed. They went too far with the nerf.

Isida can still gain experience. But it is now the turret that "can't defend itself".

 

Sure it's main purpose now is to heal. So give me a mission specific to that  "earn ___xp healing other tanks".

All other turrets excel at killing and they can easily complete the "Destroy __ Tanks" or "__xp on DM". Isida - not so much.

most people in his rank, that plan ahead wise, don't.

 

I would also own only Viking Isida in M3.

I was forced to get Rail/Wasp M3 early in a kit, because of the rebalance. My M2's could not compete with M3 XP/BPs any more. Originally I planned to get my BP M3 during NewYear Sale, for 50% off, without the need to buy a paint that I never wear, and a protection module that is not soooooooo usefull to me.

Not necessarily.  Especially at ranks that just unlocked M3 or bought their first kit (Medic).

One M3-combo is what they (we) are stuck with for a few ranks.

 

So I was stuck with Isida M3 or Smoky M2.  The M2 was not performing well against M3s that have been MU'd.

Today on 01/12/2016 there is a new re-balance update once again. The good news is that M4 Isida that was previously nerfed to be too weak is now re-strengthened once again. That is good for players like me who loves to use M4 Isida. Now we can all play better in team battles once again. I hope that M4 Isida is just as strong as it was before, or maybe stronger.

 

However, the downside is that Freeze overall has now become weaker. That is not fair. I need a super strong Freeze. All the Freeze modifications are now weaker. From M0 to M4 Freeze, it is now causes 150% damage instead of the previous 200%.

Just a moment ago, I was playing with M4 Isida in a large team battle with another four M4 Isida players on my team. My team has lost due to the so weak M4 Isida players, including me. Even when there are large teams with M4 Isidas healing each other in team battles they are useless because they can get killed by any other turret, except Isida so easily. M4 Isida players can no longer stay alive in large team battle with three or four M4 Isida players because M4 Isida was nerfed. Even when using double damage, M4 Isida is useless at killing and healing team mates in team battles.

 

Please make M4 Isida as strong as it used to be before.

No way isida was far too strong before.

I await another rollback of a bad "improvement" in the battles -- CP at Tribute should start the Reds "at home" again.

The original complaint was that Reds were closer to the CPs, and had an advantage.

But Blue had a different advantage in overlooking all 3 CPs from above!

Starting everybody at the top is a woeful attempt to "equalize" things, given they were mostly equal already.

Everybody keeps writing and talking about Isidas. I wonder is this Isida's game only? Isida should never be considered as primary weapon and I'm glad that selfhealing has been reduced. Isida is necessary in the game mostly to help team mates and then make some damage.

But the main problem is not Isida. Take a look more on what happened to other weapons or hulls.

For example look at vulcan. Today (after today's balanced update) I saw a major change on overheating. Overheat has been increased dramatically and I cannot keep firing as I did before. I have m4 vulcan with m4 mammoth and 40 lvl fire protection (!). Vulcan's overheat protection is now 6 seconds, that means I can safely keep firing only for 6 seconds while I need 2 seconds to stop and restart again. As for damage it went from 600 to 540/sec and distance from 200 to 140 meters (for minimum damage) and 70 meters (for maximum damage). Not to mention vulcan's impact force is now less than smoky's (!!).

My mammoth looks like a feather after update. How the hell is possible a mammoth to be flipped or pushed back by light hulls like hornet or vikings so easily? It's frustrating! Give me a really good reason why a new player should chose to get mammoth anymore? Why mammoth needs to have faster speed acceleration than titan?

What I have realized is that TO is trying to make more -faster close combat- game than it was before. That's why fire/freeze/twins are primary weapon selections from now on. But what about the rest of us??

I agree. Reducing the range of all the mid-long range weapons wasn't a good idea. Thunder and Smoky should get a minimum range of 200. Vulcan should get some damage back.  Mammoth, hornet, Viking, should get a little more weight. Wasp needs better turning acceleration.  And firebird needs some afterburn damage back.

Those recent changes made the game more easier and reduced XP and crystal earnings.

 

Fast hulls are slower.. less flags (less xp, less fund)

heavy hulls are faster, and while that's ok it playes more hard to kill tanks all around us (less xp, less fund)

Tell that to the Brigadier who may have purchased it before the "Re-balance".

 

Why is it ok for you to complain about loss of power in Vulcan, but not for Isida players?

1. I hate that we have to wait 5 min to change our tank

2. I hate that Isida bacame soo weak and bad after the balance like it's toooo weak plz increace the damage and the self healing
