Railgun m3+ is useless in normal battle :(..

even if the DamagePerMinute almost stayed the same, we now have to expose more often and find targets more often.

Not as easy if you oppse skilled tanks.

And most hulls on the battlefield are medium; they now take 3 shots to die (instead of two); which takes 8,x seconds (instead of 5,5).

 

but whatevery.. railers have more luck then Isidas :p

 

 

Freeze M3:

Freeze freezes very fast now. Damn fast. Completely different then on the testserves as I tested it.

Well I missed the fast freezing.. but change is truely dramatic. I feels kind of overpowered now.

 

 

Hunter M3:

Each time I do a turn and relase the left or right cursor key, the hunter contines to turn. It overturns up to 90degree if I run a full spin and stop to spin. Ehm; this is a Tank, and not a carousell ;)

The negative turning acceleration (interia?) is way to less..

 

 

Viking M3:

Drifts... drifts more..

it is no precise controlled ride (which is a main reason why I purched it..)

 

 

Wasp M2

Wasp M3, M3+

I cant turn into those sharp turns that I need to slip between enemies when I run home with the flag.

Crap. Feels like an M0..M1 Wasp now.

I miss the high turning acceleration, that was taken away

As a rail "hider" I have to say what do you expect?  To just sit there and eat gunfire for 3-4 seconds?  Of course I'll hide, or else keep moving fast and pick-off wounded tanks.  If you don't like them, hunt something else.  At least when they are hiding you know where they are and they can't so easily get to you right?

sale already came 30% off supplies but they lied about the 4 day increased battle fund i mean what kinda company does that u announce something then just take it away without even giving notice to players lol

I have now tried the new re-balance update and here is my opinion on it.

 

I really like the new mini-update of the Show Damage in numbers when damaging enemies or healing team mates in team battles. The floating damage points are perfect but they are too hard too see because they are too small.

 

The developers must make the floating damage and healing points bigger so players can see them from a far distance when playing on very large maps.

 

What I mean is that the damage and healing numbers must be a lot bigger.

I probably annoy fellow tankers commenting often that twins is fun. I divorced my twins. Twins aint fun no mo!

 

Well, to be generous, it is worse than I worried. Yes, really, it is worse than I feared.

 

My 41/50 viking is now a fat dog. Compared to yesterday, it is downright annoying. It is slow and sluggish. I worried that the acceleration drop would matter. It is far worse than I feared.

 

My 35/50 twins is worse than pedantic. The sound of the fire rate is absurd. It is almost like not even being a repeater, and that is with 35 MUs! The biggest problem is rotation. Ugh! It really is horrid. I'm not sure I will even try to MU and use again. I figured isida would go away. (I hope it does.) But I'm wondering if twins will go away.

 

I have five M3 hulls and five M3 turrets. I'll have to start beefing those and see, but I ain't buying crystals.

 

Maybe if I keep playing I'll get used to it, but the game as it was is gone, which was what I feared.

 

Supplies seem little different, but I've gotten quite used to them at gizmo ranks. I'm certain Tanki, now, with respect to supplies, is use or lose.

 

I played my thunder-titan rig, about 35 MUs each. Meh, thunder aint fun, and titan seems a tad better, but not much. It used to be great in small-map DM with the twins. That isn't good for thunder. It sure seems the objective of the update was to make everyone play with thunder on large maps. I don't understand that objective.

 

I played my XP rig. Well, I hadn't MUd the rail or hornet. I must now. Wimpy as is. It used to be worth something, and I didn't MU so I wouldn't have difference in XP. I won't be bothering to play XP any more. I don't see the appeal with these changes. Turning that rig is horrid. The combination of changes are a big deal, and it aint good!

 

So, hulls are crap. The turret I favor is crap. Thunder is not appealing and rail, maybe, but it will take getting used to. Vulcan, maybe. Freeze, probably, but not for large maps. Hmm... Again, old Tanki is gone. Now, use or lose, and sameness sure seems the objective.

 

Perhaps my specialty alt-accounts will fair better, but I doubt it.

My opinion on Freeze.

 

This re-balance update has made Freeze stronger and more effective. That is what I wanted. I am more than happy to have such a powerful Freeze turret. The Freeze turret is just perfect now. There is no need to change it again to make it weaker like before.

 

Please leave Freeze as it is because it now helps players a lot when they take part in CTF battles.

 

Freeze is now impossible to escape from now even with a 50% protection module. My catchphrase for Freeze is "You cannot run away from Flemish's grip", when players are trying to escape Freeze's grip.

 

The nickname that I have for Freeze is called Flemish. I believe that Freeze should be renamed and called Flemish instead. That would be a much better name to use for naming Freeze.

Didn't you say you would announce for a couple of days?

 

I played yesterday. I logged in today, and boom! "Update tonight." Of course, that meant just before I logged in, since it was posted only a few hours before "tonight."

 

Sale?

 

Battle fund increase?

 

Guys, you promised.

 

Sale on supplies only proves Tanki intends players to use supplies. "Use or lose," that should be the Tanki motto.

 

Please implement the sales. Right now it all just sucks. It is truly depressing.

 

I'll give it a few days, but I'm not sure I'm going to keep playing.

Admittedly only a first impression based on only an hours or so of play, but the field seems truly leveled. Skill seems to no longer matter. Only supply use matters.

3+ years, multiple accounts. 

 

I have thousands of hours of experience under my belt since 2013.

 

This update is now officially the worst I've seen in the past 3+ years. What the hell happened to the physics of the hulls? These damn things are undriveable. 

 

Wasp is chaos on wheels (I have M0 through M3 across accounts, same issue with all). Massive oversteer. Flaky turning. Constant issues with the keyboard becoming unresponsive. At times I sit with a turret that wont turn and a hull that wont turn or move. Physics of object impact and rebound is all f'd up.

 

Fire the group of developers that worked on this update.  They took handling perfection and ruined it. And for what?  Obviously this wasn't an improvement.

Alright i tested the Update, Rail is Trash Now...

 

srsly it loads so early..... and all my timing skills are gone now.......

 

Before the update i didnt look at the "yellow" bar of how much of  the loading is left, i just had an idea of when its gonna load and NOW..... it literally feels like i shot the enemy first, he shot me second and then the 3rd shot is supposed to be mine but he takes it why? just cause i had enough skills to survive without seeing that yellow bar???? -.- and the Delay has been increased.. its literally ruining my fancy shots and Zone/Garder Skill shots :unsure:

I literally missed in Zone like 10 times Just because the delay got extended to point 0.3 Second -.- and instead of hitting the opponent it hitted the wall cause that 0.3 Second saved him  and he got cover from the wall ............. , at other spots , i was supposed to shoot the middle of a Pole and a barrier while moving my tank at full speed and i missed it and shot the edge of the barrier instead ...just because of that Darn 0.3  Second ....................

 

Seems like im gonna be a noob till i get used to this <_<  and i so dont like the sound of that :angry:

Now the M4 Isida turret is not bad now but it is the second strongest close-range weapon after Freeze. However M4 Isida will greatly struggle to kill enemies in big battles and earn experience points when healing itself or others.

Freeze was the strongest turret. I estimate you are correct that it is now even stronger. However, ricochet was most OP for most users. Rico doesn't need much skill for reasonably good results. Skilled rico players are killer. Freeze skilled players are rare. That will probably change if this update holds. Smoky was also absurdly effective in the hands of skilled players. I think that has now changed. I suspect smoky will quickly become rare on the battlefield with thunder taking over for most players.

Everything what you do with the game I could somehow survive ...

BUT WHAT THE HELL YOU GUYS DID WITH WASP AND OTHER LIGHT HULLS!!

You cannot do practically One Man Parkour! Wasp is too heavy!! As if not enough, you add visible demage EVEN ON PARKOUR MODE!

I don't want to yell but it's a decent exaggeration ...

I move for a complete restoration of the things on the mode Parkour!
