The new Smoky stats are pathetic:

 

A critical hit does like 20% more damage than a regular shot. [Thats not a critical hit, thats a pathetic amount of bonus damage]

Please change this. [or at least make an alteration that lowers the crit chance, and highers the crit damage.]

Oh yeah, anyone remember the 2013 Smoky ? 7% crit chance, insane damage :D [thats how it should be]

 

On the other hand, i like the new Railgun and Freeze.

What I'm saying is that it's gonna take time for you to get a feel for how it all fits together. Right now you're focusing on your own equipment only, but in time you'll understand how all of the changes work together, rather than just seeing it from one or two perspectives. Mind you, I'm not blaming you for this. It's gonna take time for it all to make sense.

Or it will take time for you to realize the flaws in this update. In 1 week i think you guys will start to realize that things are very unbalanced

It's all about the $$$$$$$$

It certainly is about the $$$$$.  Now those that got nerfed will have to purchase equipment that got boosted.  Only other choice is to quit or play less often.

Before you rage and blame the developers and quit, remember that people had the same reaction to the original rebalance. And, that's about what we had before today. We got used to it, as we eventually will. One day, in the future, we will all look back and realise, "hey. It wasn't that bad." So, take some time to get used to the new game balance. Maybe, it will get you an advantage over other players.

 

Let's hope the Halloween sales are good! :lol: plz given 50% off sale pls k admin

Neither the viking OR hunter users are pleased, (in fact viking users are complaining more)

 

but yeah, that's how democracy works.

Hunter players are used to the drift, Viking players ain't, an extra reason to swap stats :)

Is anyone else aside from me experiencing very intense lag, namely in the form of your keystrokes being registered for longer than usual (i.e. you press z for 2 seconds to shoot someone, and your turret ends up rotating a full 360 degrees when 2 seconds of holding z causes about 90 degrees rotation)? I noticed that turning off the dmg markers alleviates the lag somewhat, but my keystrokes still end up being anywhere between 10-15 seconds long for no reason. I mean my ping is 120 when this happens ffs. And my frame rate runs around 15-20 at any given moment but this isn't related to fps. Fix it TO, please. My game was running perfectly yesterday. T^T

XP/BP player here, I'd like to congratulate for killing the only remaining fair format!

 

Furthermore, thanks for ruining Viking and Hornet and Isida, the hulls most people had microupgraded.

I spent nearly a year saving up and micro-upgrading m3 wasp, nearly m4, but with this latest update wasp is completely useless.

Wasp has more armor than Hornet, dude. Look at M3 stats for Wasp, then look at M3 Hornet. 0-0 Wasp has almost 30 more armor (update says 300 extra, but the original values were multiplied by 10 to make it so that the dmg markers made more sense.)

Isida players... KNOW YOUR ROLE!

 

Stop running off and thinking you can destroy everyone, YOU CAN'T. You're a support turret now. Start HEALING your TEAM MATES or LEAVE THE BATTLE!

Great, but would you mind to advise how to complete a daily mission of e.g. "50 kills" or "300 points in DM map" with what you call a support turret?

 

Also, if Isida is a healing-only tank now, I would expect a new daily mission like "earn 500 points with healing" to reflect this change. This all is about balance, they say. OK, but then balance should be everywhere (including missions) and for everyone, not only for shooting tanks. Why should Isida have lower chances to complete certain missions?

For now I will just come in to do the daily missions and then that's it.  If there is a positive change to the update I'll come back to play more often.  They went overboard with the changes, some over powered some got too nerfed.

Hey everyone, I was so overwhelmed when I see the new features of hulls. I dont think it is a good idea reduce heavy hull's protection in comparsion with light hulls.

And the other hand, we all know viking in the middle place of medium hulls. But now you administrators replaced it with hunter. We like viking with high power slower way. But we like hunter with faster. Please change hunter's and viking's position. In my view, titan name says that it has high power, nice rapid, and enough armor. But now it became weaker in power than mammoth. This is not acceptable by we tankers. Please increase titan's power in order to be most powerfull hull in tanki online as it was. Or there is no reason to choose titan out of mammoth, except barely much speed (0.5).

No, the original rebalance was great, what we complained about was the terribly implemented economics change.

 

(For those unaware) The Rebalance pretty much multiplied costs of new equipment by 10 times without increasing the default battlefund, which would have made it nearly impossible to buy things from battlefund rewards.

 

About 2 months later the default battlefund was boosted by about 10 times to match the new prices. And the complaints disappeared, because the then smart developers fixed their mistake.

 

​So the next time someone makes the tired old argument that we all hated the first rebalance but grew to love it, remember that's not what happened at all. We loved the stats and the new possibilities from the start, but we hated the crazy cost until they fixed it.

The old Isida on or off drugs was vastly over-powered compared to other hulls. You are in denial of something quite obvious.

Off supplies? Nope.  It runs out of juice and becomes helpless.

can you please stop touching wasp? 

first you removed the protection from XP/BP, now you reduce all parameters that make the wasp a wasp, turning speed, top speed, acceleration

this is a bad update and you should feel bad

 

Yep.. Wasp drives so sluggish with that reduced turning aceleration.. you can not slip with high speed through all those narrow holes and take a corner afterwards.. you have to reduce speed, always, and again.. and even more for almost every truely sharp turn -.-

This was was made Wasp an outstanding, great an funny driving experience.

 

 

The awesome driving experience and cornering response was the reason why players accepted bad acceleration, bad brakes, instability, flips and beeing 1shotted. It was still .. an awesome ride

Besides all effort to "balance" somthing, you should not take away all the fun from the players..

 

 

So from what I've heard, Viking and Hunter are now pretty much the same thing. Except Viking is more armored. So why would anyone buy Hunter over Viking?

The speed difference is minor and does not help you to attack or run away with a flag faster. If the speed is so simmilar, then acceleration and handling count much more: how good can you dodge, how good do you corner - or do you brake sliggish and drift each corner more then desired?

 

 

Unfortunately they made the Viking drifting a lot; whie the Hunter "overdoes" his turns (each time you turn left or right full speed and get your hulls rotaation to a certain speed, it does not stop rotating if you take the finger of the cursor key. A Hunter M3+ spins 90 degrees !!!!! after you release your fingers from turning it around.. consider what this does to your escape between a bunch of tanks or for you trying to hide between two houses close to each other.

Driving it and cornering it hard feels like you are a passenger of a drunken cab driver

 

 

 

My viking nearly flew off the map with speed boost? Is it me, or is Viking harder to control???

It's not you, its the Viking. It drifts a lot; and Nitro makes it drift even more. As the Nitro effect was increased from +30 to +40%, you man feel welcome an driving experience like on a frozen lake -.-

The current developers who created this re-balance update are guilty, and should get fired and replaced with other better developers that would re-balance Tanki Online properly.

After almost 4 years of Hunter being faster and lighter than Viking, Viking takes it place as the fastest medium hull, that makes no sense at all, switch the Viking/Hunter stats man. [but of course you had to please the Viking users, because there are more Viking users than Hunter users. Thats how democracy works right :(]

Not sure if ... serious.

 

I'm a Viking user and hate this part of the update.
