Since the balance change, yes.

 

Vulcan is OP but it can only focus on one tank at a time, and once it has locked on to you, you're dead regardless of protections, so not worth the crystals

Is the regular holiday paint on sale exclusive too ? Or is it going to stay there for everyone to buy even after Halloween's done?

all paints in garage are now on sale .. the only ones not are the ones located in the shop where these you have to pay $$ for

 

once you buy the Halloween paint that is yours to keep in the garage and will not be removed .. most players all ready own the holiday paint which was i think only 1k or less in crystals and when ever a event or holiday happens we get that paint for a short time .. not sure what the future holds for this paint if mods will remove it or not ??

not sure what your asking about.. this week the decorations are in all the maps but on those two days will be having extra map just for Halloween theme with ghost and grave yard theme just like last years

I'm looking forward to the special map. Last year's map was fine for a special event map, but not one I think would last long as a regular map.

No, I don't think freeze is OP at higher ranks.  If you turn your turret and hull you have no problem keeping up with it..unless you are shaft in scope mode or vulcan while firing...  At lower ranks, sure, it's OP, but against other m3's it's perfectly balanced.  Plus if you stay out of it's range you're fine.  Twins still does more damage per second.

Well, I had an interest in buying 3 specific kits during this 8-day long Halloween sale and not a single one of them appeared in the rotation. This was important because thousands of players are reacting to the new update and have been saving Cr for weeks leading to this event. Now thousands have been shut out to no fault of their own.

 

This is Tanki's idea of customer service? This isTanki's idea of making people like(?) their company? You put so much effort into an 8-day celebration and by simple overisght you blow it all. You have decided LittleWillie does not get to come to Tanki's Halloween party.

Do you see this Cedrik? Weeks ago you said this was a valid concern and you'd pass it along to the devs.  I asked you 2-3 times if you had done so. You never replied. Now exactly what I predicted has happened. Due to random chance this completely stupid rotation system has deemed I do not get to buy my kits at a discount - but other players do.

 

It's stuff like this that leave me with no fondness this company. I like playing the game - that battling. But the development and economic system is a colossal mess. The company seems to go out of their way to highlight their shortcomings. I wouldn't care one whit if this company failed as a business tomorrow. They make it clear they do not care about their customers so fair's fair.

 

I've spent money in the pasr (I believe in supporting good games) and planned to buy more gold boxes. But fat chance for that anymore. 

 

Pissing off customers - bad business. Noob Russians.
