These "special battles" are nothing more than a sop to the clans, who I see in every battle.

Non-clan teams have no chance. It is not surprising to me why no one ever realizes this or points it out.

 

Considering that the thread here is now about fast food, it speaks volumes about the perceptive abilities of the average player,

who does not notice that 3 or 4 shills on his team happen to appear just when the clan raiders do.

We all know Alternative is not at it's best when it comes to marketing.. but actually they improoved a lot in the last 6 months (not perfect yet, but much better now).

 

Maybe you like to consider a major difference between this game and the real life:

• in real life, in 95% of all cases, you pay with money and money only
• here you have the option to pay with your time and patience (which gives them no money), while they need money to run their infrastructure and purchase food

Their philosophy of rotating through the kits serves the purpose to make a free player wait, while a buyer has not much issues to get them. Doing so they lure players that are just 20.000 crystals short when their kit comes around into spending 1..2 EUR/USD to have it _now_. This runs the whole year.. while they have only around 20 (?) days of sale spread out during the year.

This gaining an advantage _earlier_ is what they base on.. while if gives no permanent advantage (which would harm balance even more towards buyers).

Also the sale serve the same purpose.. wait for a sale or buy earlier. Or to lure you into the thought that it makes sense to spend 5 USD during a sale because the equipment is so cheap then.

Event ruined by laggers and mults. It's a joke. Half of players are in pause (so less funds, so less Golds, what a bunch of geniuses...) And when Gold falls on middle, all laggers are on top and I have no chances lol.

 

Edit : forgot about another cancer today. The dumbs with 0 skills that need to ride a friend to get a Gold.

I think instead of giving us ×5 gold boxes. Double funds would have been much better. Because every team would be striving to win every match. and odd gold boxes would have been nice too. This might have solved mult problem(because there are those who just wants to play and win or atleast have a good competitive match. but gold mults ruining it)

 

And we cannot blame tanki staff for this. They gave us something special. so be thankful but next time they should think about this mult issue.

Well, Halloween for me was 0 fun. And it's not even over. 

-Lack of gold pumpkins

Supposedly Halloween map would drop GB 5x more often. Does this mean every 5 minutes? Or when you have 200 Crys in the BF? No, Doctor bozo88 has it figured out: 5 x 0 = 0. I have caught one GB a week ago, in a farmed match, between me and one of my lower accounts (brohomie). Oh, it felt good, I mean, idiotic, chasing down a little container that drops from the sky like oobleck or hail, causing teammates to become whiny brats who lose sight of the goal when the spooky laughing starts. I have played for 3 hours on Halloween Map and seen 2 gold boxes, and have been in 5 full matches that had none dropped. Also, 2 of those matches broke 800 crys in the BF before they ended.

Supposedly these are increased by 50%. Yet thats' not enough to be noticeable, misers.

Seriously? You could only fit 3 CP points into the thing? Not 5 or even 7? And the lack of contrast rendering options mean blind-ish people like myself can't see their turret in front of their hull. My poor KDR is now even worse than before from .88 to .80 . The background music is not scary at all, and piping in the Madness Map theme would be better. Plus, the cr@p hanging off the bushes makes it impossible to see snipers and mines, but that is actually ok. If there is a M0 turret/hull combination that Halloween Map is suited for, I'd love to know. That could all be told us in the Vlog, but you didn't.

You got rid of crowd control! Now short range weapons are rendered pretty much useless. I can't even burn/freeze through my own teammate?! Guess when I figured out shoot through was gone? When I needed in most in Edinburgh Map!!

Get 3,000 exp and win 2250 free crystals! WT*! Who can get 3000 EXP in one day?? Occultists and fanatics, maybe. But not normal people. Especially considering the Halloween Map is so hard that normal acquisition of EXP is down 25% for me! Also, that reward payment plan is lousy. That is less than my personal average of 1:0.93 exp:crystals ratio! At least bribe me with 3001 crystals, or maybe 5000! Especially when running a 50% off sale, liars. (ref to Vlog)

I have played for 2 hours (in a lrank 8 acc) and gotten 978 exp! Its 4 PM! I will spend all of today and most of tomorrow on a map I don't even like for a half-assed reward! I know your saying, "dumass bozo, If you dont want 2250 crystals + what you rake in in game reward form the matches, don't fight it." Yeah, I know that too. It's just next time, if you want tankers to enjoy themselves, make Halloween enjoyable by all ranks and peoples.

Everyone talking about the lack of golds on the Halloween map...noticed it too!Was playing for around 3 hours just on that map and saw just 4 golds...dissaponting(though I still managed to pick up 3 and almost the 4th one)!!!!!!!Nvm,it went okay for me:

-completed the mission(3000exp-2250crys)

-3 golds

-generated at least 6k without the mission

-total of 8-9k today

-bought smoky m1

-satisfied

I loved it,though that non-existing golds were pissing me off!

You are at a low rank, so battle fund increases slower, meaning less chance of golds. At high ranks I would imagine there would be a gold at least once every battle.

Oh that is pretty sad for you guys. Special missions should be different in your case. as you guys are low ranks and if the crystals given is 2250 then the exp earned should be 1000exp. 3000 exp for 2k crystals. That is way too much to ask for
