i understand guys and for me your going to laugh .. i had my missions done on one account and then this morning i went back on it cause i forgot which one needed the gold box and surprise to me more missions so yea bonus crystals and drugs lol ..

 

even still it was wrong for what they did and management is only part of there issues .. you also have to understand how we do business in our own country's is not the same in others and this is where issues are happening .. we all have rules that we have to follow and same with them ..

You would imagine that but... there was about 1 gold per 60 minutes... and that was only if we were lucky... :(

Well I saw 3-5 golds, and I played about 75 mins overall.

The gold drop rate is 1/10000 for every crystal added to the battle fund. Which means that on average, a gold box drops once every 10000 crystals.  So if the battle fund is 20k, two gold boxes should've dropped.  For a battle fund of 2k in a normal battle, there's a 1/5 chance of gold.  5 times higher rate means that on average one gold box will drop every 2k crystals of the fund, which is what I experienced on the Halloween map.  Most of my 15 minute battles are around 2k battle fund, and on average 2 dropped per battle, so actually my expectations for the gold drop were exceeded.

I found this .. just so your fully aware of what daily missions are and what we the players have understood on how they work.. this was set in stone by the Dev and the CM of this company ( back then ) and even if its a holiday we should have the rights to finish our missions till midnight or when server closes on Nov 1 ,...   2:00 UTC time when the Halloween map would be removed until next year...

Missions are available to players with a rank of Corporal and higher.

Hey all,

 

First of all, I apologize for having taken so long to reply. Here's what happened with the special Halloween mission. It was a technical hitch. The special mission was supposed to go away this morning at 02:00 UTC, but it didn't. Instead it went offline several hours after that, causing inconvenience to those players who were still in the middle of it. Unfortunately there's very little we can do about it now. The only thing we could do was to reload missions for those who lost the Halloween mission, so that they wouldn't break the chain.

 

If I get any more information on the incident, I'll let you know. But for now, that's all I have.

 

Sorry again for the mess up.

but i completed my mission and when i go to mission page for claim its gone its 3000xp and 7000 crystal adn i have wasted time for nothing :( its server fault and they have to pay us the reward inreturn

Well, see the maps were supposed to be removed on the 31st so you should have been fully aware of the mission being removed. Your making a big deal about something that you shouldve known was going to happen.  -_-  Just be happy they kept the halloween map there for a bit more.

I finished the Halloween mission on Sunday 30, but I didn't claimed it. Now the mission was deleted and I lost the reward...

 

The announcement says, verbatim:

It is clear that you must complete the mission before Monday, but it does not say anywhere that the completed mission must be *claimed* before that date.

I'm not trying to aggravate you. All I'm saying is that we clearly announced that the missions were going away at 02:00 UTC on the 31st October, so it's clear that you needed to claim them before that. These were not normal missions. That fact was made perfectly clear. I do apologize if there was a misunderstanding, but the announcement was clear as day.

Why didn't you claim the missions if you had finished them? The missions weren't removed prematurely, they were actually removed later than promised. I'm sorry but your issue has nothing to do with the incident.

 

I didn't claim missions immediately if I know that I'll be busy the following days, so I keep the finished missions to claim them at a later date in order to keep missions chain. Keeping finished missions for later was even suggested in a recent VLOG...

 

I understand that you made a mistake and didn't removed the map on time, but the fix you applied was very unfair for those who didn't claimed their finished missions quickly.

Thats funny.. because the number of servers is as high as it was during Haloween (they increased it quite a lot on day 2 if I remember that correctly..).

Maybe they - durgin Haloween - switched off some parts of the server internal checks that cost a lot of performance .. and now they are back in place.

You should have claimed your reward for the special mission the day before it got removed instead of a normal mission, even I know that trick, every time I get a special mission, I will complete it even claiming the reward for it before every thing else. If you don't claim the reward to the special mission the day before it was removed and you're mad about it, then you have no one to blame but yourself, don't blame the devs, don't blame the admins or mods, and certainly don't blame other players for your own mistake
