If you don't claim the reward to the special mission the day before it was removed and you're mad about it, then you have no one to blame but yourself, don't blame the devs, don't blame the admins or mods, and certainly don't blame other players for your own mistake

for one .. think about it if this was you playing and spent all that time on it and wanted to claim it the next day due to you being busy , then when you opened up your account to find it was stolen from you how would feel.. i can say the same like all the other players who had this happen to them..

Hey all,

 

First of all, I apologize for having taken so long to reply. Here's what happened with the special Halloween mission. It was a technical hitch. The special mission was supposed to go away this morning at 02:00 UTC, but it didn't. Instead it went offline several hours after that, causing inconvenience to those players who were still in the middle of it. Unfortunately there's very little we can do about it now. The only thing we could do was to reload missions for those who lost the Halloween mission, so that they wouldn't break the chain.

 

If I get any more information on the incident, I'll let you know. But for now, that's all I have.

but i completed my mission and when i go to mission page for claim its gone its 3000xp and 7000 crystal adn i have wasted time for nothing :( its server fault and they have to pay us the reward inreturn

Because he wants the money when he wants it how he wants it, instead of playign by the rules. Saving completed missions for busy days is ok, but not the special time-sensitive-Halloween Mission! Who got 3 Halloween Missions??

Really enjoyed the Halloween map...great fun...we should think about having a few twilight maps similar to this one as   regular maps...cheers

First of all, we’d like to apologize for last Monday’s mishap with the special missions for the Halloween map. The missions were supposed to be automatically turned off at 02:00 UTC on Monday 31st October. Unfortunately, something in the script tripped, and instead of being turned off at the scheduled time, they were turned off several hours later, which caused problems to a number of players.

 

While the situation couldn’t be avoided, we’d like to make it up to you. So, for 24 hours, from 02:00 UTC on Saturday 5th November, till 02:00 UTC on Sunday 6th November, we’re bringing back the Halloween map, together with the special missions AND the 5x gold drop frequency.

 

We hope this little gesture on our part will help make up for any inconvenience or frustration the incident may have caused you.

 

Thank you again for your patience and understanding. Have fun this weekend with the return of Halloween!

Well think about it, they're bringing it back so those who only got the special mission twice can get it three times, but what about the people who already got it three times and will be getting it for the forth time? My solution is keep the festival on forever :lol:

so many players had there missions removed even when they were finished , the players had full intentions on claiming them on Sunday due cause they could not battle on that day.. so when these things happened Mr Debono and the team went to work and sorted out this mess .. so now all is resolved to the best solution possible
