Problem with Shaft?

After last night's update, I noted that sometimes my shots won't register. I'll clearly shoot an enemy, the sound will emit, I'll exit scoping mode, but the lack of the damage counter shows nothing happened to the enemy I shot. It's not much of an issue for me at the moment, but may become problematic in the future, so I'd like to see this fixed. I know you guys may chop it up to lag, but i have a good 59-60 fps and 70-100 ping so I don't have a bit of lag.

That's one great thing about the damage counter, you will actually be able to see how much damage you do. If Shaft, or any other turret, isn't always able to do damage, the developers should know about it, thanks for reporting. It will be passed on.

What should also be passed is the refund of my stolen crystals.

Please, fix this glitch that started right after the update came out. It's happened to a lot of shaft players I know where their shot just disappears into thin air.  It's not fair and extremely frustrating,  In a Monte Carlo battle I played this morning about 50% of my shots didn't register.  Please fix this fast.

Same here, I use shaft almost exclusively for many months, and clear shots on opponents are not registering at all even though target was on bullseye.  We are not imagining this.  It's as if the scoring requires more time with opponent in the site than before.  Extremely annoying and upsetting, seems like the designers deliberately notched shaft down in purpose in more than the published ways.

A lot of the developers think shaft players are just making this up as an excuse for missing..That's not true!!  

 

If the developers focused on this, it would be gone by now..  This is a major and game-changing glitch and it's extremely annoying...  

 

Everyone says that it's just made-up until they experience it firsthand, then they agree with us that it's a bug/glitch.

For me, the problem occurs during fast transition play, scanning quickly left or right, see target, shot on center, then ... nothing, whereas previously, often target is totally destroyed, since I often run with double damage.   It is as if the mechanism takes a little more time to register the target than before, but that extra time is all it takes for target to be hidden, particularly if target is far away.  Very noticeable difference compared to previous play.   Please developers, take these observations seriously, something has changed.

Any news from the developers?

I asked 2 mods and they both said "It will be forwarded". Cooper also in this thread said it will be passed on, so why isn't the glitch fixed yet?

It has been 5 days after the rebalance and still nothing.

 

A turret is not working correctly, DO SOMETHING!

 

All Shaft players suffer from this bug that makes you do 0 damage when you need to make an important kill (like a flag carrier).

Well!  I'm glad to see at least I'm not crazy as a Shaft user these past few days.  Every now and then, I'd be aiming at the top half of an enemy tank (i.e. the turret), and yet once I release the Space bar, the hit doesn't register.  I proposed the following hypothetical causes of  this weird occurrence:
 

a.  Hit boxes have been secretly altered...in this case, perhaps the hit boxes shrunk

b.  There is some in-game bug affecting Shaft that's causing these misfires.

 

Either way, it looks like we Shafters will have to start aiming at the lower halves of tanks now.  At least auto-aim arcade shots work...but if they didn't...

same problem here. 1 of my 5 shots being missed. It is VERY annoying shot a wasp with full load scope mode and see him alive. LAGGY GAME, BUGGY GAME,WASTE OF MY MONEY.
