Idea for stopping the block list spam

There are times when someone gets real annoying and you just don't want to block them because of all the spam and possibly lag it can create. So instead of spamming that message over and over, why don't we add the block feature where if you block someone there will not be the message that says "this player is in your block list. The message is hidden." Instead, once you block them, neither the message nor their posts will be seen by you, this can be much more useful.

I was under the impression that this update was implemented already- I've seen no messages from players on my blocklist while others are apparently talking to them.

I just tested this and indeed - the feature is already in the game. If you ignore someone, you no longer see anything from them. Just make sure you get the name of the player precisely correct when adding them to the ignore list, because even case differences will result in the command failing.
