invalid Reworked supplies usage

now i see more druggers at low ranks than normal,

this topic has been going backward but druggers reminds me to push it up.

 

yesterday on CTF battle, my team had 2 flags capped and opponents got 0, then a smoky+viking joined a team, M1 weapons with 6/10 upgraded, this guy was drugging like hell, un-killable, he cap 4 flags within 6 minutes. no skill at all, pick the flag, just running though everyone else, one shot all front of him with double damage, had double armor and speed boost on and just use repair every time we try to kill him. hes using a supply every-time cool-down ends.

 

this is why we need to get this, its really ragging when people change the tides of battle with just cause hes a massive drugger
