Problem while playing tanki from the client and from the browser

Today I faced problem while I was playing tanki from the client while playing my turret become ineffective and the game suddenly stop and I need to restart the client so I started playing the game from the browser and I got this error message .

Sorry for being late to reply to you . The internet has disconnected for more than a week .
