[Declined] Give Isida 25% self-heal in DM's

Recommended Posts

regarding ur last sentence:

++(-3) +5

isida has no use in DM, tbh. but then, ur logic is valid. it doesnt make isida OP or UP. currently its UP, but what ur saying will make it actually balanced. what was done after the "R-E-B-A-L-A-N-C-E" was completely unfair and not a rebalance at all. it made isida vastly UP. its healing was decreased. no idea y. its damage was increased. again, no idea y. its self healing was decreased. people say its because isida should primarily heal not attack. then, y was its healing decreased and damaging increased??

Exactly.  But we see that it's still effective in team battles..but in DM's it is completely dead.  Keep in mind that DM tourneys will be reintroduced soon, and every player should be able to participate and compete on a level playing field.

Every turret needs skill to be effective. And actually isida does not take that much (just run around, hide behind your teammates, and heal.) Of course it's not that simple, but you can still be effective without skill, using isida.

I also bought Isida a few months ago and it turned out to be a great turret! But after the re-balance, Isida got nerfed pretty bad - it just can't compete in DMs, rather than dropping dead and acting as a meat-shield for other tanks. It just can't maintain enough health-points even with Double Power. The ratio of damage output to self-healing needs to be increased, or ultimately, Isida will vanish in DMs forever - if it hasn't already.

Yup.

It does not do enough damage to compete with other close-range turrets.

And the long-range turrets can weaken it a lot before it gets close.

Now that I have a Smoky M3 I won't be using Isida in DMs. It's a shame and DEvs went too far.

I'm glad I have a choice now. But for those with only M3 = Isida... good luck in DMs.

I rarely play DMs and when I do, Isidas aren't the problem.  As long as this doesn't have any effect on isidas in team battles I'm game.  It also would help Isidas complete DM missions.

So if I understand, TO with the re-balance destroyed the self healing from 50% to 10%, decreased the damage output, healing ability, but made it fire for two seconds longer? I do agree that the old Isida was a tad bit overpowered, but this re-balance has killed it. I wonder what the developers were thinking when they thought this was fair...

 Declined

Developers decided to completely remove Isida's self-healing ability with no intention of bringing it back in any way.
