Product Kits change again?

Hello Tanki, today I noticed a change in the product kit. I was going to buy the Centaur Kit, but somehow the rank requirement has changed to Lieutenant General. I remember the rank of Centaur kit should be starting from Colonel to Major General...Oh my god, now i need to rank up two more levels in order to get this kit! What a disappointment!  :(  

 

Regarding to the change, please also tell me what is the rank for the Medic kit and is there a change to the price too?

The game has gone through a major change yet again. Please go through all the details on this wiki article. Unlock rank for all M3 equipments have been changed to marshal, and all M3 kits are available at Lieutenant General. A lot of other things have changed, that article can guide you through it.
