[Declined] Communication Programs and Clan Strikes

This should be a rule for the Clan members to use TeamSpeak program instead of Skype, this would be better for them. TeamSpeak is free of lag as compared to Skype. With Skype we can't block any voice coming from any other source but in Teamspeak we can push a button and talk, and the voice will only transmit when the button is pressed. This would be a better communication source. Skype even lags for the game, whenever I turn it on, My ping changes from 250 to 700 something. Maybe it lags for other people too. There should be a Tanki Channel created in Teamspeak and people will get their own channels made regarding their clan names. Another suggestion is that the clans should also get strikes, when they break rules or any of their member gets banned. Or they stay inactive. You guys should try Teamspeak, we can create channels over there and you can assign channels to clan members and make tags which can help them identify their clan. Would be better. :)

For a start, both Skype and TeamSpeak are external programs not owned or managed by Tanki devs. They won't add any official rules concerning the use of either of these programs. Also, I just don't see a point in having such a rule. Clans should be able to decide to use whatever they want, whether it's TeamSpeak, Skype, Discord, pigeon mail, or anything else. If you think that Skype is a bad option but your clan members want to keep using it, then it's your own responsibility to sort out that problem within your clan.
