You're taking it out of context and shoving words in my mouth. Don't do that. I always play for fun. Those players I'm just saying they should be given the crystals the deserve. Why should I care how many crystals I get as of now? I no longer play on this account. I have a new account and I have a beginner's pass which i get x2 as many crystals and x1.5 xp so I've made a good 60k crystals by now. I'm poor since I've spent it all, but now I can save up for the M2 of my hulls and turrets. The pass lasts until the 11th of this month. I can make a good 100k before it's over...I mean I made 20k in two days. That's more than enough for the M2 Viking. Although I will need another 114k for the M2 Smoky and with so many ranks to get to colonel I'll make it.

Even ranking to Generalissimo won't give you 40k. So its pretty much ok.

It isnt too much. 1.6 mill is NOT too much. the player EARNED them. it is NOT to much in any way, shape or form! AND if i were to be Legend 10 after the update I would want me other 360,000 crystals. OF course I would want more if i'm getting way less than I should!

This can also now be a disadvantage for Legend  now due to other legends can see what level you are and go to battles with lower ones and take them out.. its just like higher ranks going to battles with lower ranks to gain more exp...also in another way if the legend only want to battle with there ranks then this would be advantageous to it , also down fall is if there is low amount of certain ranks then they would be forced to battle with other lower ranks..

 

so it could  work to there advantageous or not..

On a serious note, I agree with Mafioso (yeah, he posted a text wall up there in case it escaped your notice). Gens weren't even expecting to get any more free crystals and now they've been given 40k plus 40k everytime they earn 200k exps. In my opinion, this is rather too generous and I'm still having slight doubts as to its adverse effects on the economy. And here you are complaining that it's less -_-.

I mean, yeah, your argument would make sense if Gens were actually promised crystals based on exp and then denied. But till last week, no gen expected this and hence wasn't actually playing and gaining exps for the sake of free crystals. So, 40k, in fact, is an excess and not as deficit as you seem to be claiming here.

So if something bad is happening right before your eyes, and you can stop it, you won't because it doesn't affect you? The point is not always to help yourself, it is to help others; in general, not just this case. Don't only step in when it will benefit you.

I'm seriously thinking these guys just think of themselves! If I were him i would be PISSED! To be such a high rank of Legend to only get 40,000k for all my hard work! Seriously Tanki! First the lame update now you're ruining this new rank update for high xp generalissimos!

Someone who has plaid the game for years and has millions of exp already has a huge advantage over new genes, he might have gotten almost free m4s when the mus were rebranded. Many of them have huge drug-pools as a result of the old drug kits, not available for non-buyers anymore. Some have gotten to earn their crystals against equal opponents when m4s were just implimented or didn't even exist, Most have protection modules with 4 slots. Some have went thorugh the first refund, and gotten to start their garage fresh at generalissimo. Some have bought old op kits, some have gathered a year or 2 worth of daily gifts, when tanki gave away that stuff for free.

 

Those are some of the benefits a veteran has had. And while we are in the topic of benefits: is it really a problem if only from now on legends will get 40k /200k exp, meanwhile there are premium buyers who constantly gain 2x more crystals and finish ranks and exp missions 0.5 times faster?

 

I mean maybe it could be  like 100-200k or something for veterans over 3 million, but you have to realise that veterans, buyers and expesially veteran buyers have huge headstart over new legends. and this will only balance things out for them. And balance is what ultimately makes this game fun and wortwhile for everyone.

To be honest I didn't expect a non-generalissimo would create such a topic.

 

Edit: Yea I now realise that all the Generalissimos are smart enough to understand that getting 40k every 200k exp earned is better than nothing. If we get a lot of crystals at once based on our experience, the economy would get ruined. The current situation is good as it is. (Don't think im saying this because I am not much experienced, I have 2.4m exp too)

You were asking why he was bothered when it didn't affect him. So I asked you if something bad was happening, would you not act, just because it didn't affect you? The point is to help everybody, not just yourself, and not just when it affects you.
