You need to understand that not everyone is looking at the world with your eyes :D What if the M0s are made of heavy metal and M3 designs are made of Carbon Fibre or some other top secret material. This game is meant for fun and not to provide realism. Also as mafioso said not everything needs to have a purpose/explanation.

As far as it looks all m0/m3 hulls without metal plates look simmilar. Also only hammer's barrel looks like carbon and how does weight gets increased with modification?.

 

And yes noone is looking on the same way as i am. Noone is looking like you are.

But what i see needs to be a little reason behind it and i care about visuals not like others (Thats why i want to use FlashEx and without it game looks a bit more booring)
