[Opinion] Halloween Celebrations Review

How-die folks! It has been a while, almost three months to be exact, but enough about me. As the Halloween celebrations fade away on our many adventures through the spooky trees and bushes. The celebrations end and writers such as I come out to entertain you guys and gals once again! This piece of mine is an opinion, not a guide; that is focused on this year’s Halloween celebrations, so without further ado, let's begin!

 

The Halloween Map

 

We all know that it isn't a Halloween celebration without a custom map to share your love and joy of the holiday in. However, I thought this year’s map was second-rate disgraceful! Where was the originality? It was a copy of last years except they added a few more houses and ramps, which was decent for parkour. Furthermore, there was no source of crystals on the map; the fund went up slower than 1 vs 1 in match sandbox. The gravestones in middle of the map were not as climbable as last year which made tactics for gold hunting in the special map simpler, there was no spice or diversity in the positioning of walls, which was no good for camping, and sniping through the inner cracks of the hard rock barriers this meant that you would be easily noticed.

 

Halloween Gold-boxes and Discounts

 

In addition to what I said about the map, the gold boxes were the exactly the same as 2014's if I am correct; I was quite disappointed and a shamed. Complementary to this, I did like the design of it, very unique and elegant, giving some spirit of what has to come to the game during the next few weeks. Discounts were exactly as planned, UNTIL, they decided to change it the day before it started. There was a roar of outrage between all the communities, of the matter of fact, it didn't affect many of us; but you could feel the tension between the developers and the players was thriving by the second and I think this process won't be repeated for a long time.

 

 

Halloween Billboards and Extras'

 

 

Whoever has made it this far, pat yourself on the back because this is the final part of the article. During this I will be expressing my selfish opinion about the best part of the Halloween festivities. Lets start with the spooky looking billboards, as I always say,

”good billboards are colourful billboards”

 

and they didn't disappoint us. The artist textures and colours really spooked the coward up, I did not know so little could do so much. Subsequently, the most exciting thing in my opinion was the trees and bushes, this is because we have never seen anything like this before, and no one was expecting a pumpkin like symbol stuck on a tree would work; but it did! Now, the fun stuff, paints! I was so jubilant i nearly bought both paints, i just loved them so much, it shows you how much time it takes to create this small things that go on a tank.

Pardon me, but i never said they WASN'T climbable, read it probably next time, and if you going to debate anything of my writing, make sure you know what you're talking about.

Okay, admittedly there were some things Tanki got wrong, but don't complain.  

 

You didn't even mention the big sales.  

 

The map was great, enjoyable, and balanced for all turrets/hulls and you should be grateful to the developers for spending time to make this.

one it was an opinion article and I was comparing it to my favourite map of all time. Two I was talking about fund, three no point to hugely discuss sales.

In the first line of "Halloween Gold-boxes and Discounts", you might want to remove the "a shamed" part from the post-semicolon phrase' I was quite disappointed and a shamed." since the word "ashamed" means feeling guilty or bashful due to one's own doings, characteristics, or associations. The word "Shamed" doesn't work there either. This is fairly grammatically incorrect as the Tanki map has nothing to do with your own doings, and creates a repetitive point regardless of grammar.  I recommend just having the part after the semicolon as "I was quite disappointed."

 

Sorry about the length of this, I just want to leave the matter closed without needing to argue over why it should be replaced. Other than that, well-done article besides the shortfalls that other people have mentioned. There are quite a few other relevant edits edits that I could let you know about though if you would like, not mentioned by others. These are incorrect grammar, badly phrased sentences, etc.
