Tank self-self destructs on Madness?

So whenever I jump down to the ground below on madness, my tank explodes on its own half way down. I don't ever leave my fingers near the alt and delete keys unless i need them, plus im shooting and turning my turret to keep my tank as level as possible.

 

I've experienced six deaths from this already and i can no longer play on this map, since i risk my tank self destructing on its own.

It generally happpens when you jump down to those little gaps which lead you to falling off the map. Sometimes due tool high ping and also a glitch.

I dont fall in the gaps, I make sure I will land on ground before i fall. also my ping is 140 at max and my fps is 55-60

This is a common problem in Madness. When you are firing when you are in midair, you self-destruct.  Try to not fire your turret while you are in mid-air and this problem will go away.

The problem is with your internet connection itself. When the connection to the server is completely lost, the ping does not change (stays the same, 65). Restart your router and re-enter the game, that will fix the problem you have.

I didnt lose connection. I was still playing. My team had 3 flags capped and the enemies 8. luckily it was three on three so i was able to catch us up...too bad i had to find the ramps that led down instead...

I used to only play on madness CTF sit with viking and shaft on those little bumps by the flag and aim upwards. Kill any unlucky falling players. I got good at it too.

Even better, camp on one of the ramps at the top and fire at anyone trying to take your flag.

It's the anti cheat system, usually happens when you fall really slowly or really fast. Happens to me to too. Until devs improve the anti cheat system its not going.
