Miz, I really don't think this should turn into a *crop-out-a-part-of-the-pic-and-stick-it-on-a-nice-background* contest... I think you should actually be editing the picture to make it look nicer, not pretty much making a whole new picture. Anyone can crop out a tank, then paste it onto a background...

i don't think he plagiarism these thing from @saurabhmann entry , because maybe they both using the same program which have the same filters and editing tools , and i checked both pictures for differences u will find that the wings and the lightning in different place in both pictures

Well yes, but what are the chances of him placing the lightning in the almost exact same place and the wings only slightly above the other guy's entry? I don't want to come across as a guy trying to "eliminate" the other contestants, but that isn't fair...

and there are no rule that says it is not allowed to creative at this pic ..

 Probably he should be Disqualified because according to Google , Plagiarism means coping other's ideas too

I accept that this picture has been made with the same Editor . But he copied my idea , drew same things upon the same image which I had posted ... Me thinks someone is trying to eliminate me from the contest by posting this image , when i viewed his profile , i saw he had made only 1 post yet  and created his forum id yesterday (21st) ... That can someone's Second id ...

Mizooo if two pictures have a same basic idea then no one is gonna win ...

I request you to either tell Ahmed to change his pic or disqualify his image ...
