Exessive usage of supplies and gameplay

As you can see, everyone would agree that we have the same problem

There are too much players using supplies throughout the whole game and players which don`t even know how to rotate turret while being Lieutenants and Warrant officers. I know that it might be good because I can farm, but they are in both teams! And how am i going to earn crystals with "nooby" team?

Please, somehow fix this, it is really annoying and gameplay - destroying fact.

I know that there is one solution: PRO battles

But the problem is that they are so expensive and i am not enough intensive player to refund crystals spent until my pass expires.
