yea some game company's are not allowing them .. you might want to look into pay pal or other company in the area

Unfortunately I already own the Visa Gift Card. I used to be able to link to it in PayPal then use PayPal on Tanki's payment page. Today - no longer working. Somewhere along the line, Visa is now enforcing the no-international purchases rule. Sigh.

Curious... I can buy the package on an alt Recruit and can use the supplies even before the proper rank. The mines must have been a surprise for some, though I ran into opponent alts (you can tell by the way they rotate their turrets "correctly" when firing) and avoiding the mine as if it were second nature.

No. When you open shop select that you are from russia and woala! It will show russian values and stuff but paypl will convert your euros to RUB meaning you may less.

Yes, but your transaction will fail in the end, because your PP must be Russian. It used to be cheaper but now, it's expensive. Tanki closed the loophole recently, unfortunately.

I live next to russia and about 2 weeks ago it was still working cuz i bought 2 kits, paint and 3000 druggs realy realy cheap and if i woulve know it before my account wouldnt be costed me 350 euros but 180 euros instead...

Tanki have desided to get rid of the game starting with a bunch of stupid updates that no one wanted and then making players have to buy for real money and now they disabled the mtheod that nearly all playes used-paying with paypal through Russia

Now i can make a statment "Tanki online WAS the best game and now it IS the worst game ever!!!"

well this is something more like a link or something do's not match with up to each other ... and its strange due to i can buy in tanki without issues and same with others.. try to contact tanki on line  to have them search more into it ...
