When you're in a battle and you minimize it, it freezes after like 2 minutes so if could fix it

when i start the client and i click the play button nothing starts after it......the game does not start....but when i check the processes in task manager i still see tanki online working but the game does not start....please help

Sorry to hear about your problem! I would recommend trying to re-install the client, follow the steps below.

1. Uninstall the game client.
2. Go to: %APPDATA%/../Roaming/TankiOnline
3. Delete "Local Store" folder.
4. Re-install the game client.

I double clicked the top bar but nothing happens. and I cant move my tank cos the window is frozen and I realized that as soon as i minimized it it froze and the only solution is to end the process as it wont unfreeze :/

 

And I lost cry in about 3 or 4 big battles so could i get them back?... i got 2 screenshots/

Your crystals will not be refunded if the problem was on your end.
To avoid this issue in the future, it's best if you do not minimize your game window. If you want to switch to another program, only maximize and minimize that program's window, but leave the game window as it is.
