Fix battle links in downloadable client

This might be on thier agenda or it might not be so I will suggest it and we can go from there.

For the purpose of this suggestions Battle links will be referred to as Battle ID's as the link Idenifies a certain battle.

So in the client Battle Id's look something close to this:

/#31301t6Server="en3"

but battles posted in chat aren't always that ^ format and have the Browser-based links.  "http://tankionline.com/battleID"

And if you try to  copy and post "BattleID" part like what they look like in the client it doesn't do anything.

So my suggestion is to have two links that go to the same location where you can copy and paste it.

So it will say something like this

Noise Browser  Noise Client

or

They can hide one link or the other programically and replace it with a generated link for the client so it matches the appropiate format.

That way users who wish to join battles posted in chat can go to them.

NOW: why can't we just use /#BattleID on both? It won't work - The way they currently have it setup is different from the way developers could set it up.

And the way the client works - any links you post with "http" will open to your computer's Default browser.

Hope this is a good idea (and helps)

Valid

From what I know, those incomplete links also work and turn into a battle hyperlink when you post them in the server chat. Although you do need to convert it to a normal link if you want to share it with a friend.

Yep thats the issue, if i click a link in the client it opens into a browser window, I want to suggest to fix that by showing two different links that go to the same battle depending if you are suing the the client or reverse.
