Ahahah... I'm really enjoying decoding this, been around 5+ minutes :P
I have a question. Are these question marks? Because I don't see them occur in a middle of a sentence.

Yes, they're question marks.

Wut. This is madness... I feel like if I really tried, I could look for the most used symbol and assume that it was "E", but that's too much work.

You're getting somewhere. Long words are easy.

Each character stands for a letter. Language is of course english. I found it to be realllyyyy hard to decode it. You really got to take your time and be patient. Can't give you more than that without giving hints :x

Btw, native english speakers have it easier than non-natives

are you trying to say that native English speakers understand this easier than the non-natives?

I wouldn't say so, though I understand where Josh is coming from.

Kinda yeah, you got to have insight in words, but it depends on your strategy though.

Gah! I can't figure this out, I feel stupid :v

Will you by any chance tell us the answer sometime soon?

Um, maybe. :P

This has nothing related to English. How will native speakers have any advantage in decoding this?

Trust me, anyone who knows English can decode this.
