Here's the thing - I agree that the quest may not be the toughest thing ever, but your comments here are implying some categorically wrong facts as well as being pretty smug.

 

This isn't a pigpen cipher, because the letters aren't formed from a grid, they're individual letters.

 

Then for some reason you're talking as if you've made a quest before (or at least that you can make a better one), which I'm not aware that you have. This really looks like you're trying to take away from Yisroel's actual efforts to make something fun on the forum. Seriously, the last thing this forum needs is losing creative people who keep the community going, so helping it downgrade is definitely something everyone should avoid doing...

 

You're then even trying to undermine the accomplishments of those who actually finished the quest themselves and spent some time on it. No one likes people who sit around boasting about their prowess, but don't demonstrate anything.

 

This isn't the first time you've done this, too. Still, I'm trying to help you out in actually noticing the issues, so that you may correct them. Talking big and being dishonest and misleading isn't a good characteristic to have, and sadly it seems you've excelled at it for some time now. Try actually stepping up and acting instead of taking the backseat and commenting arrogantly.

Exactly,we could all make quests ourselves, and see how far we get, but I doubt anybody's bothered.

I've recieved a few PMs from friends asking if/when quest 3 will be out. Well, I am assuring y'all that there will in fact be a 3rd quest and it should be done within a month and a half (no, it doesn't take that long to make these quests usually, but once I write down the basic steps and formats, I have to transfer my draft handwritings to the actual thing, and I need a computer for that, and I have absolutely no idea when I'll have acsess to one, but I hope I'll have access to one within a month and a half).

 

Also, I'd like to take this opportunity to let out some frustration:

I already wrote out most of quest 3's draft (8+ pages, by the way), but I left it at my friends house and it most probably got thrown out. Thus being, I have to rewrite everything, which is disappointing because A] Iremember I was extremely satisfied with the original but I just can't remember all of it (that's why I wrote it down), so no matter hiw good the second version of my drafts come out, I know I made a better one before. And B] is who wants to have to rewrite a 8+ page puzzle?

 

On a more cheerful note, I've calculated that no one in my friends family will be home for a significant amount of time tomorrow. So, being I know how to pick locks, I'll just open their front door and ransack their house for the papers (or maybe I should call them first?).

Don't call, they may not want you there, so sneak in and search. If you can't find it, take their valuable assets, and demand they return your papers. Hey, they may not like you much after that, but you will probably find it.
