I would simply invite that mod/admin for a coffee or tea into some fancy cafe. Like any other person with whom I would like to have conversation. So, basically...nothing special, just two persons are drinking coffee (or tea) and talking.

What's the different between Mods and normal players ? In real life of course.

Being mod doesn't make him/her special.
