Quick battles and multi-account management

The last suggestion is the best.

It's close to the battle option so you can select and un-select, without scrolling up and down.

Bottom is best also because you would first screen the current battle and if you find no battle of interest you carry on down the list and then hit the Quik battle button.

I've added one more suggestion into my post.

Guys dont worry if u have to go to the bathroom, just put a brick on the keyboard  (preferably the 6 key ;)) and u wont get kicked from the agme, cuz there is activity ;)

Mult cheats love this new Battle button because now players don't get to see the team of mults waiting for them in advance.

 

And pretty soon the servers will be on crutches because there will be so many people joining battles, leaving, rejoining the lobby and so on that they won't be able to cope. The button might as well say Lag/Mults!

 

Whose brain child was this? You need your bumps felt!

I wonder if - in the near future - the battle-button

  • will allow us to team up with our friends before clicking the button (like a friends-queue)
  • then the teamlead clicks the button; and it will lead the whole gang (complete friends queue) to hidden battle where the loosing team lack that amount of players (should be enough of those around :P )
  • and all players that are in that battle, can not invite further friends

I hope this will not be done that way.. I liked the possibility to chose my battle to fight in

 

 

Lets see.. they sounded like they had a plan. But I hope it is good, and will not just keep them away from coding some more effective anit-mult stuff, like persistant vote-counters or kick2.0

 

Sadly they don't share their ideas with us in advance :P

I haven't actually used the new "Quick Battle" button. I like to assess my opponents and the match from the outside before joining, especially if I want to try and help a team come from behind.

 

I also choose my equipment depending on the battle, so rather than being prepared I'd have to change once I joined after clicking the "Quick Battle" button and thus be forced to wait 5 minutes if other equipment was needed.

 

Necessary addition? Don't think so.

Adding the quick battles feature now was a mistake. It's an unfinished product that was rushed to be released. So I think it needs to be removed and added again later with improvements.

Not true. I remember I was in a DM with a friend. We were talking. In 5 minutes, I never turned my turret or my tank. And I got kicked for inactivity, even though I was using the chat.

Crucial point.

 

chatting is not "activity".

"Activity" is moving or shooting

(and maybe garage interworking.. but I dont know this one for sure)

I know. So the "6" key is not doing any activity.

It seems that paying features render the PRO PASS less interesting, therefore some free feature are now shift to PRO PASS.

oK you take away, that's your decision, however it would a good gesture if the cost of PRO PASS is reviewed.

 

I mean daily mission and chain mission got rewards adapted to the rank level, it would be consistent to have the PRO PASS cost also adapted to the rank level. Low rank level definitely can't afford current PRO PASS.

This is a win-win proposition, more tankers will be able to afford the PRO PASS therefore more PRO PASS bought, this is how to make it more appealing.

And more lower rank tankers will spend money on the PRO PASS and start to do Xp/BP or Parkour.

 

Example of PRO PASS price increase:

ranks - : 500 Crys

ranks - : 1000 crys

ranks - : 2000 crys

ranks -: 4000 crys

ranks + : 5000 crys

Thanks but no thanks, i'm not going to use it anyway, coz I like to choose my battle (mainly due to the daily mission lottery or friend invite or i create my own battle).

The [battle!] button is a noob update for a noob problem. It works with DM battle but it won't with team battle. And unfortunately the paid clan system is a much better option to cue team battle mult issue.

WHY?!?1 Everyone should be able to create 15, 30, or 60 minute battles. having any length of battle was part of the special things of pro passes.

The random battle button keeps sending me to empty battles. Got put in a Magistral CTF, all by myself... The feature seemed good in the test server, but not so much in the real game. Once it sends you to a battle in any server, it should be good.

I am not happy that the 30 and 60 minutes battle creation time has now disappeared from the standard battle format.

 

Please re-enable the 30 - 60 minutes default battle time because I like to play in long battles.

Funny thing is, 500cr at the beginning is half an Isida or Shaft. This is like if an M3 tanker would have to spend 100.000cr on the pass

 

 

I proposed another system

  • everyone can create pro battles
  • if you finish a pro battle with having an active pro-pass you get your full [battle fund share]
  • if you finish a pro battle without having a pro pass, you receive 90% of your [battle fund share], the missing 10% are held back by Tanki as your entry fee to the battle

So if you just paly pro occasionally, it costs very few crystals. If you are low ranked and earn only 20cr per battle, it costs only 2 cr per battle. If you play 50% pro and earn 20.000cr a month, it would have cost you 2.000cr in this month (pro pass would have cost you 5.000).

It is very adaptable and works awesome.. and for those high ranked players that earn 140.000 cr a week <- they just get the pro pass and nothing is reduced from their income in the battles.

Indeed. Test Drives are another example. And probably the kick system also.

 

I totally agree. Tanki has been going a little on the downhill side lately.

I don't think it's a reason to jump on the hate-train and say "tanki is dying" like everyone else does after every update, regardless of how good it is. This button isn't completely useless, while account management and pause time reduction were both great updates. So this release wasn't nearly as good as it could have been, but it's not destroying the game either.

Due to the reduced pause time, developers don't want you to play 30 and 60 minute battles and end up losing all your progress without getting crystals just because your game/device crashed near the end and you couldn't get back in the game in 2 minutes. The 15-minute battles are a lower risk, but if you want to play for longer - create PRO battles.

 

Also, 30 and 60 minute battles were quite unpopular compared to 15-minute ones, so developers removed them to make the interface simpler, because they were an unnecessary feature.

if you see one battle at 60 minutes it is equal to 4 battle of 15 minutes. so it is normal to see less of those long battle, it doesn't make them less popular it make then less seen.

 

Unpopular map are going to be moved to Pro pass too? just for the sake of simplification?

hm, been a little bit to quick on this one. I got it all wrong :)

Now they are not unpopular they are just non-existant.
