Password restoration

Yesterday, somebody scamed my account, however, he is not able to change the password because I linked my account to an e-mail address. However, I cannot change it either, because the e-mail I used as been changed for another one last summer (it doesn't exist anymore). Is there anyway I can change my password?

I did it, but it ask me to verify this e-mail address, the problem is, the said e-mail address doesn't exist anymore! It did existed until last summer, but now it's gone!

Did you contact with the technical support?

Please contact the Technical support (form), they will send you a series of questions to answer and if you answered to the questions correctly you will be able to recover your account back. They may take up maximum 7 days to reply you after you answered to their questions, just be patient.

do what is said above change your password and add a email to your account .. if you find that someone is trying to do so then contact tanki on line with a email this way they can look into it and keep a eye on it.. over all not much that can be done if you have protected yourself then you should be safe... like the mod said never give out email or pass word that is linked to your account.. even having your email ( if its linked to your account ..they can get your account changed in tanki ) so protect yourself..

 

if your confused at what i said about email.. what i mean is never have your main email that you give out to people have your tanki account attached to it .. its safer to have a separate email that is only for the account and never use it for anything else .. keep it private

Create the e-mail address again and your problem should be solved.
