Declined XT legend rank when legend owns all XT's to m4

Title pretty much explains it. New rank for Legends XT users. Maybe the one wich was posted in german forum? Lets say this one.

Nothing new added to them but just new looking rank so they look more special. Same as paints. No difference from standart legend except this one will need all XT's and Golden star paint.

First idea from you which is actualy good, but most of helpers would have this + buyers, which makes it a little unfair, but it's a good idea ;)

 Buyers can easily get the rank at brig and just wait to be a legend, meanwhile almost nobody has a legit all XT garage let alone all m4.

You .meant marshal? Well i recommend to read my idea again and again and again until you understand that the player must own golden star paint which is unlocked at generalissimo ranks only.

Not at all. Helpers aren't as rich as you think, while there are few buyers who would actually spend a a couple extra million crystals just to have the full set of gold tanks. I'd say there would be 100 players with this rank at most.

And that makes their ego grow. Buyers will see this and will be like "Where is mom? MOMMY! I need your money right now!" and tanki can earn.
