Preventing M3s at Extremely Low Ranks

yeah it is fair ain't it?

 

it takes 10-15 players to kill him if he is drugging.

 

*If you think this is battle of M3 then your wrong, it's of M2 from ranks like Captain, Colonel.

Dude that's nothing i know a guy who is capitan and has Fully maxed out Rail m2 , thunder m2 , viking m2 :P

I thought people usually spend tons of money to achieve advantages like that...? I guess I was wrong  :unsure:

 

 

And no it's not even big advantage, just a bit stronger than all you others. And no it doesn't take 10-15 people to kill him  :lol:

Bro, M2 Twins is nothing at your rank. The projectile speed is terrible, and the firing rate is also poor. Just accept the fact that through hard work (and possibly a little buying) he has a fairly decent Tank.

 

Also, M3 Mammoth doesn't work in many maps. If you don't like the battle, leave it.

 

Remember you can create battles using a pro pass with Microupgrades turned off. Voila! Your problem is solved.

Here's my 10 Step Guide to Improving Tanki.

 

Step 1) Remove the Shop.

Step 2) Remove everything players have ever bought using real currency.

Step 3) Give it all to me.

Step 4) Make Admins permanent gold box droppers.

Step 5) Remove Supplies.

Step 6) Make multing legal.

Step 7) Increase lag by 300%.

Step 8) Make account exchanging legal.

Step 9) Make Isida have more self-healing than it knows what to do with.

Step 10) Sit back and enjoy!

not a problem if you play supply disabled battles, I can't believe that some refuse to acknowledge this simple truth.

Do we have to go over this again? Most supplies-off battles are xp/bp, a majority of the rest have no time limit, and the 1 or 2 good ones are in boring maps. Even so, should we be forced to play certain battles?

1. It doesn't take that much money.  2. The fact that they want such an advantage says something about their personality. 3. "just a bit"? No, it's a huge, disgraceful, and bloated advantage that cannot be found in other games. 4. It might. Were you in that battle? Always on DA, takes 1 minute to get him to finally use a RK, then he's on full health again, then his cooldown expires again.... 

 

And plus he might have teammates defending him, or even healing him. And even if all people team and destroy him, his team can just go rampaging unchecked.

MUs are extremely OP and are simply a way to make players spend more money on the game, as they create potential to spend 3x the amount of money on getting a full garage. They don't make the game more interesting and they don't benefit anyone other than buyers. They literally just force players to spend more on upgrades while giving buyers an opportunity to get extremely OP equipment at a low rank by simply purchasing crystals. And the devs' argument for this is that anyone can save up crystals to upgrade their tank, which is just absurd because it's impossible to realistically save up so many crystals to fully MU a tank and module, without advancing through ranks.

 

People often say that I glorify every tanki update because I'm a mod and am not allowed to have a negative opinion, but here I am telling you that the update when MUs were introduced was one of the worst mistakes devs ever did, and it's destroying gameplay balance.

Deal with it

there's many ways to explain to people how to solve the problem,"deal with it" is not one of them.

imagine each time you complain about lag a mod will reply "deal with it" since lag cannot be fixed easily.

I rather like my 36/50 M1 Smoky, excuse you... although I do admit that a near M2 Smoky at WO5 is preeeetty dang OP. Oneshots M0 Hornet with a DP, which a lot of ppl still have.

Of course you like it. :D But I bet your opponents that can't afford those micro upgrades won't be too happy about it.

It's definitely possible. I am no buyer and have a nearly M4 Thunder. The trade-off is that I am extremely patient and saved for nearly a year to do it. I also had to trade off diversity of game play to attack every sized map, enemy force, and battle mode with the same weapon. Because of the rank limitations on kits and equipment now, though, what I have done is impossible.

 

For M1/M2 transitions, it would make sense to do it on equipment which unlocks very low on M1 and very high on M2. Smoky, Wasp, and Titan come to mind immediately.

 

In fact, heavy hulls are a great platform to target a strategy like this, because I find them to be under-valued versus lighter eqpt.

How do you know for a fact, I'd like to ask... xD I don't though. Although I could have trillions of crystals sitting in my account right now and you wouldn't know... xD But yeah, I don't. I've never bought a single milligram's worth of crystals.

I definitely agree that MUs are screwy. The Pro Battle Pass update that made Pro Battles significantly more popular has helped fix these issues, since now a lot more of the battles have disabled MUs. The problem is that this feature of the game is now so melded in that it can't really be removed, and a change to the system would cause seriously drastic consequences. I do agree that buyers need some nerfing in the way of MUs, however.

 

I'll mention later I guess if I come up with some "magical" solution to OPness.
