Actually a lot of prominent members of this forum agree with him.   Of course it will be unpopular. You can't please everybody. Every time an update comes out some players whine. Also, many players just don't like change.  Lastly, you must keep in mind that the vast majority of the playerbase is very young.  If the devs actually listened to them and implemented all their ideas and edited the game according to their wishes, this game would be a catastrophe.

 

Many people come on the forum just to complain and whine about this update without providing any factual evidence. Other players look at the game pre and post-update and give genuine feedback and constructive criticism.  

 

It's quite amusing how you think we are the ones insulting you.  LittleWillie can be sharp :ph34r:  but he is not insulting anyone.

 

TO has made many very bad and pointless updates. This is not one of them. :)

Hi. Since the "Create Battle Button" has now disappeared, I have noticed that many players are no longer creating battles for free, so now so many players are now dropping out of Tanki Online. This is a huge problem for Tanki Online because it looks like Tanki Online is becoming a "Pay for Play" game. Tanki Online is supposed to be a 100% free game for all players worldwide without any restrictions on creating battles.

 

I am extremely worried that Tanki Online will soon die and shut down because players are dropping out because of this bad update. The "Create Battle Button" has now disappeared from the standard type of battle creation system and has been made as a Pro Battle Pass "Pay for Play" type of crystal spending battle.

 

In my opinion, players should be able to create their custom battles without wasting their hard earned crystals for a Pro Battle Pass to create their own standard custom battles.

 

This is the worst ever update that was implemented to Tanki Online and and I asking for it to be removed immediately because it shall cause Tanki Online to be shut down soon due to the lack of players playing battles.

 

Lifetime Pro Battle Pass

 

The Pro Battle Pass should be made to last and remain in players garages forever when they are purchased. Just like turrets, hulls, modules and paints.

 

Or, if that is not accepted, then there should be a new type of permanent battle pass that lasts forever in players garages. This new type of battle pass is called XTRA Pass.

 

XTRA Pass

 

The XTRA Pass is a battle pass that will cost 10,000 crystals but once purchased it will last in players garages forever.

 

Please understand and keep in mind that players like me (RIDDLER_8) who does not ever spend real money on crystals is working extremely hard on the battlefield everyday to earn crystals in battles to buy and micro upgrade new equipment.

 

So, therefore battle passes must last forever in players garages once they have been purchased and the create a free battle button must also return to Tanki Online like before the update.

 

Players should not be restricted on creating free custom battles such as XP/BP or other user made battles by spending crystals on Pro Battle Passes.

 

Tanki Online must always remain a "Free For All" multiplayer game for all, like it was two years ago when I was able to create my own custom made battles.

Oh, and by the way... I think if you look closer, he's a higher rank than you. Congo! You just contradicted yourself hugely!

 

It looks to me that you're contradicting yourself again. Just because people who actually take the time to waste time on chat dislike it (that's about... 20% of the Tanki population) doesn't mean that the entire Tankiverse dislikes it. Next time, think out your arguments.

Just an extra 2750 crystals?  EVERY MONTH.  Let's do the math then shall we?  If I want to play a few times every month for a year, it will cost me... Let's see now 2750 x 12... 33,000 crystals just to be able to make games I want to play in.  GREAT idea, thanks.

33,000 crystals... Hm. A single hour can net you around 2-3k. That means 11 hours a year. Wow. Also, I'm practically positive that you'll rank up at least 3-4 times a year. That alone is enough to pay for that. Two rank ups will get you that. Besides, I think you'll find that you gain more crystals in PRO pass battles because of the options disabling drugs and what-not.

However, The crystal profit from PRO battles when/if you only play a battle a day is extremely low and not feasible for a F2P player. That's why I had this suggestion:

The Creat buttone has been moved for about two weeks now. The complaints were are still hering go like this:

OK, fine. At some point a genuine complaint becomes simple whining. I suggest that point occurs when people refuse to even try the new system. Hence, my current stance is try it or quit the game.

 

Seriously. Tanki knows people will whine. Want to get their attention? Actually quit Tanki. Don't whine about it, do it. That will draw the attention whining will not.

You have a valid point :) . But consider:

 

Most of the time people buy PRO pass to play long, drugs-off battles. These are usually Polygon CPs.  

 

In Polygon CP you cannot complete all of your missions.

 

So if you are that player who completes all of your missions, then logs out, the PRO pass will not even be that useful. (Unless you have an alt and consistently get supply box missions with large crystal rewards.

 

In addition, I am talking about the players that don't even play enough per day to complete all three of their missions, just barely one to keep the mission chain up. :)

Moving the Create button to PRO-only is the entire point to this change so what you are asking is for Tanki to scrap a project they've obviopusly worked on for months.

 

They simply are not going to do that. They are going to implement their plan. That is what is going to happen.

 

So you have to decide if spending 3k Cr id worth it to keep your hobby going. Keeping in mind that the only purpose for those 3k Cr is to use in your hobby. Keeping oin mind that if you quit your hobby you are getting no use out of those 3k Cr plus every single other CR you have.

 

So you can either actually TRY using th enew system or you can pack it all in. You move.

The PRO Pass does not let you create Standard battles.

 

If you buy a Pro Pass you can play on the tiny-map / few-player scenarios you enjoy. Then you'll make a lot more Cr than the Pass costs

 

OR

 

You can not buy a Pro Pass and yo can play on standard battlefileds. Which I am guessing will result in you earning few Cr.

 

Your choice.
