Changes in the battle creation system

apparently your recruit experience was quite different from mine - 500 cry was an awful lot to me back then, and is still a significant amount.

 

my main point is that i don't like things being taken away from me without even talking to me about it first.

Well yeah, because originally, my brother gave me his account when he started playing LoL. It was just a WO1 at the time.

500 crystals is way too much for recruits, it's like 40k to Legends.

 

But on a side note, do you really want those recruits creating the battles? At the lowest ranks all the battles are Sandal, Aleksandrov and Factory ;)

ok. I have a question: beside of the fact I can;t play a map with my friends , let's say its ok , but... we all know that the configuration of the tank is decissive in a gameplay strategy. we use a particular configuration depending of the map we choose to play . are you saying that i ll be distributed to a random map ???

 what if i have a slower configuration designed for a smaller map , according to my play style and i ll be distributed to a large map , good only for a fast tank configuration?

What the hell is this? I strongly object to this update, and I'm sure every non-buyer does too. This is bordering on stealing crystals! What'll happen to those dead maps? Magistral, Duality, Courage, and other such maps will become obsolete, and Tanki will eventually just remove those! This is madness!

Next update you gonna need 1$ To change equipment? 

All these changes for a damn " Battle " button that no one uses.

Cuz it sends me in empty battles and in battles that  I dont like the gameplay in there....

You can if you buy a PRO pass. The pass will be a lot cheaper for you to buy.

 

Again one useless update that no one asked for. Multing is not going to end. There will always be some 5 year old kids who don't know how to turn their turrets. There must be easier way to say ''Give us money or get out''

In fact, players have asked for PRO passes to become cheaper for lower ranks. Other than that, making the PRO pass cheaper will most likely result in more PRO battles at lower ranks. This will encourage more players to buy the pass and play PRO battles to avoid drugging players, another thing many players want.

 

Well, watching the condition of the game get crazy worse since 2015, i'm already on "SAY NO TO TANKI UPDATES"...

 

But, wanting a more clear explanation. PRO Battle Passes will get cheaper as per the player's rank, ok fine, but...

 

^^ WHAT DOES THIS EXACTLY MEAN??

Does that mean everyone on mission chain 1 or more will get free daily PRO Battle Passes?

Or does that mean after logging in everyday for 7 days in a row, we start getting free pro pass per day?

If that's the case, what's the use of buying the PRO Pass for a higher price? -_-

 

Come on, please, make some sense in your updates, this game used to be great, don't ruin it more!

And take some ego back, if the update's too horrible, try considering to revert it!

It means that you get to try out 7 days of PRO battles without having to pay for them. In other words, in the 7 days following the update everyone can access PRO battles for free. After a week, every player that wants to play PRO battles, will have to buy the pass.

Hi.

 

We need something that lets us know what equipment we are using and allow us to change before going into a random battle. I don't want to end up with a Wasp and Shaft in Island.

 

On the Battles section there should be something too letting us know what equipment we are on.

 

You should also give bonus crystals for those sent with losing teams to encourage the use of the Battle button.

Look. I rarely write posts here, but this update went too far. First, let's take about that statistic that most players were dependent on the Battle button. "Dependent" is relative. Pressing the button a lot does not mean the person is dependent on it. Also, the data is probably skewed as there are probably more recruits in the game than generalissimos. The generalissimos, who are more active, should be given more value in their opinions than the recruits. What about minority rights? The minority, now, seem to be the non buyers whose opinions should be regarded with the same value ignoring the fact that the buyers pay. The buyers should not be given more value even though you are a business wanting to increase profits. I understand that the buyers are necessary but stop trying to convert us non buyers to buyers. Going back to being dependent, I do not believe that anyone is dependent on the battle button especially with the tirade of comments about how unfair some of those battles are and the greater value you seem to place on recruits.

 

Now let's move to simplifying the game which you say is the main reason for this update. Recruits don't have access to chat, supplies, or most equipment. Why? Because it is simple that way and the players can understand the game before it becomes more complex. Also, this format is similar to pro battles with the exception of the chat. If we want to go back to the all skill no supplies and mu's format, we should be given the choice for free. If you want to make it even more simple, why not do the same with what has been done with the chat, supplies, and equipment? Remove that half square inch of space that says "Create Battle" , and after the player has achieved a certain rank, it will be revealed. Why is it that hard to remove the button for several ranks like you do with supplies, chat, and most equipment????? Why force us to buy a pass to access this? My idea will follow the same format that the rest of the complexities (chat, supplies, equipment) follow without adding additional payment. Forcing new players to buy passes actually INCREASES the complexity of the game. I didn't understand pro passes for a very long time, but I understood create battles.

 

I like the reduction of prices which may prompt me to buy passes. Forcing me to buy may prompt me to quit.

 

Druggers/buyers and mults. Adding restrictions on non buyers does not stop buyers from joining normal battles. Buyers can still join any battle they want if they have the pro pass. Mults join battles to ruin one side or other. Mults can still enter any battle if they have a pro pass which are cheaper so more likely to be bought. Also, by forcing everyone to pay up or join a random most likely undesired battle mode or map and by lowering the price of pro passes, more non buyer mults will be inclined to obtain pro passes giving them more access to all battles including pro battles which will ruin the isolation that pro battles used to provide.

 

Missions. I create 1 v 1 CTF Island maps all the time to get flag, supply, and first place missions done. You say missions are intended to be done in default game play. What if your default game play is CP mode in maps such as Kungur, Polygon, or Sepruhov? What if you do not have the skill necessary to get to first place? What if you are on your way to get a flag and you see a double damage off to the left with a mission that corresponds to it with a prize of 3 hours of premium? Default game play does not include getting a double damage box when you are trying to get a flag. (If you don't want supplies, go to a pro battle which is only encouraged by this update through the lowering of prices.) Some missions are hard, and creating battles that make it easier is necessary. My default game play has changed due to missions to include 1 v1 Island CTF battles. This isn't that big of a sacrifice when I only spend 5 minutes to finish my missions. Then, I move on to playing the game with the freedom of CHOOSING the battles I LIKE. If I don't buy, I will end up in maps and battle modes that I don't want to play in.

 

Overall, this update has restricted my freedom in playing without my consent or consent of many other players. This does not go toward making the game play simpler for new players. It does not stop mults or druggers/buyers when mostly everyone will have pro passes encouraged by the lowered prices (which I like). This update will make me waste so much of my time finishing missions by either random search or paying up more crystals. This update will definitely affect my game play for the worse.

 

When commenting on my post and offering an opinion on my opinion and/or analysis of the update (both conditions must be met as indicated by the "and", please include a comment or view on every paragraph or topic I went over. Pointing out one flaw or one fact that I may have misinterpreted will create a mob effect where others will concentrate on that one weakness to dismiss this post entirely. Going over all topics with equal value will lead to more sophisticated debate and analysis with the intention of addressing this update correctly and fixing it if necessary.

well im not impressed when i just paid cash for a week long pro pass and now you get it free where is my refund that i just paid for yesterday with the 30% off pay pal event.. this is why i'm not happy... and this was done on two accounts....

I stayed quiet as you separated the paints and modules. I refrained from complaining as you shortened all non-pro battles to 15 minutes. But now, I am seriously ticked off. What's next, 5 minutes delay in between joining battles unless you have a pro pass? Good job.

We shouldnt be changing other things to let the big "BATTLE" button seem less ******ed, it looks stupid and the idea behind it is stupid, i dont need a 10" button to join a dull game with 2 players on a match i've never played on before. And stop lying, no-one is dependent on the battle button, i doubt i've pressed it once since it's inception, also, are mults that big of an issue? I havent seen anyone blatantly multing in mmonths

Ideas and Suggestions topic. By the way, you can click on the right-most section of your EXP bar and go to your ratings page, which is easy access to see which equipment you're using. By the way, you should check what you're using from your garage before a battle, anyway.

Battle button - bad statistics??

I tried out the battle button a lot the last days.. again, and again and again.. and picked a manual battle thereafter.

But of course I altered the statistics 3:1 in favor for the button :P I BET I am not the only one..

 

 

The reasoning with complexity makes not much sense. See your own userinterface.

And I hope the premium tankers (that get a free pro pass) will not find it tooo complicated so they quit.

but as I understand it is part of a bigger plan.. that is concealed. And I ask myself why.

 

Tanki still promises a help vs mults that is not based on kicking (manual, automatic) or identifying/tagging them.

By this way you can't stop mults, as long as players can freely join their friends or can freely pick battles.

 

That you know that and still promise something that will help, give me deep sorrows for the next upcoming updates.

To clarify some of my earlier posts, here's what I want to know:

 

Since non-PRO users cannot create battles, the server will create empty battles automatically (after server restart) like on the test server. Could you fill me in on how the algorithm for that works? For example, will it create battles on less-known maps as well? How many Polygon battles will it make?  What will be the relative ratio of game-modes?

so what this new up date comes down to looking like is DM Tournaments .. and now we have to educate ourselfs on what battles we can or can't get into due to our set ups .. so you will see battles for

 

  • PRO Battle — Allows you to create battles with extra settings:

Gc0v.png — Enables / disables supply boxes
Y3a7.png — Allows / forbids the use of supplies
X5nq.png — Enables / disables micro-upgrades
50he.png — allows you to balance the number of players in each team by automatically sending new players to the smaller team (TDM, CTF, CP)
Private_Battle.png - Determines whether the battle will be private or available to all players — private battles are visible only to those who access it using the provided link or are invited a friend.
Weapon_Change.png - Enables / disables weapon change
Format.png - Allows you to pick the format of the battle
Smart_Supplies.png - Enables / disables Smart Supplies
Auto_finish.png - Enables / disables the early battle termination system
Gold_box_onoff.png - Enables / disables Gold Boxes. If enabled, Gold Boxes will never appear on the map and users will not be able to drop them using the "Gold Box Supply". This will be balanced out by a slight increase in battle fund growth.

 

 

will i enjoy having to change .. not really when all this time been so use to one way of battling.. now were going to have stronger powered tanks mixed in with weaker low rank tanks... that like myself don't ,stand a chance to even get any kills on.. did i like the DM tournaments.. no i joined maybe three and refused to battle .. so now were back in the same ball park all over again and they say give it time to get use to it and enjoy it well not going to happen  SIr ..

You said yourself you were a drugger...and you are Legend rank...how does this make you like a weaker low-rank tank?
