Every Kill, and Every Death, they all contribute.  I did a test on a lower account once.

Never, If it did, Everyone would power level. That's why events are created in parkour battles to prevent power levelling

It is an interesting question. Based on all of my experience, the K/D ratio doesn't get affected in Parkour mode. I can not say that for sure tho, so I'll ask and hopefully get an official answer to this.

I really tested a lot about K/D and came with a result that Kill and deaths are added when battle finishes.

Okay, so we got an official reply. All the kills and deaths made in Parkour mode are included into the final K/D on the Ratings page.
