Yes, I can cook lots of things. I also experiment with lots of items making new recipes. Mostly cause I'm hungry and don't know how to make original recipe xD

Yes. Steaks, corned beef, beef soup stock. But I have yet to acquire the delicate touch on how to handle eggs. I love over-easy but end up scrambled because I break the eggs to hard.

Oh yes. I love cooking and learning new recipes. I've just learned how to bake bread, made bacon and cheese white loaf and it was delicious!

When you're making the dough for bread, you're using baking powder or baking soda?

I'm usually making a dough for bread: 3/4 of wheat flour, 1/4 of corn flour, water, milk, sesame, sunflower seeds, salt and 6 eggs.

None. My recipe doesn't call for baking powder/soda. My dough recipe is pretty simple - white strong flour, sugar, salt, yeast, butter and warm water. I made this dough twice and it's pretty nice and airy.

Your recipe is very different compared to mine but it sounds yummy.

You should try bread with cheese inside, just crumble white cheese in the dough.

I also like to make buckwheat bread, it's very tasty and and healthier than white bread.
