Idea: Campaign Mode?

Tired of playing the normal PvP modes... Ever wanted the freedom to play solo or a small squad? Well I got an idea, a campaign mode.

 

We can only hope Alternativa Platform would consider this.

 

You could earn exp from campaign mode, Crystals could be rewarded and there could be different maps/worlds. However that'd take forever; but still worth the wait.
Like the tutorial mode of Tanki Online, the developers would have to design a ton new textures, maps and would have to create new A.I. for the 'alien' tanks.

 

During campaign mode, you and your friends can form a squad to storm some fictional Tanki land and to defend it against "alien tanks trying to take over the Tanki Planet. You would have to use teleportation energy to take part in one level. Each tank you destroy would help your main Tanki Online account too, having 1 'alien tank' being destroyed giving you 5 exp (instead of the normal 10). Different worlds could be different countries and within the countries contain different maps/levels. Each level may give you nothing, crystals, free PRO-Battle Pass for sometime, or maybe even some special paint containers (which contains only paints that would be only available in Campaign Mode.) A boss for a territory could be something like a Terminator, Juggernaut tank with 7500 Protection instead of the normal 10000. To play this mode, there is no need to register for it as it can be played in the Battle Button. As you continue the Campaign Mode, of course the levels may get harder and some levels may have different rank requirements. The requirement to unlock this mode could be at Sergeant for now. (You use your own equipment you have in game to play this mode.) To keep it consistent with the classic PvP battles, you cannot earn crystals nor finish missions after beating a level, so you would have to play PvP to earn your supplies. Also, since this is single-player, (unless you play with friends) this would reduce lag/frame drops while playing Campaign. This mode could bring a lot of players back to the game, as it brings a new and unique interface to this game.

 

Of course this is just an idea an this is why I'm writing about this in the Tanki Online English Community Forum for EVERYONE to see. What do you think about this idea?

LOL I started a topic about a single player campaign mode not knowing someone already have, I basically wrote the same thing, I’ll take it down. It’s a GREAT idea though. It would bring a lot of players back!

Similar thing is in WarThunder... There is a mode (not played very much) where a couple of players fight against AI tanks coming from everywhere.

I suggest that tanki add an offline story mode it will be really fun and users can play offline

While this topic here is mainly about the campaign (simmilar to your story mode) it does not mention to be offline (like your idea). But on the other hand, if you play via AI tanks you do not need to be online, and with the existing client you have all the means you need.
So it fits here well.
