invalid Monthly Easter Eggs

O_O You must be new here... v direct quote from THE GAME quest. It's an annual quest that, if you win, (obviously) you get a prize. It usually is in January and June (correct me if I'm wrong)

Yeah it looks like it has been around since I've been playing (less than a year) but I probably overlooked it. "The Game" looks similar except it's a hunt for links that return clues for a puzzle, whereas Easter eggs are usually just simply inside jokes or hidden messages. So if you like, "The Game" is an evolved Easter egg hunt and as you said it looks like it comes about roughly every 6 months. I still think there's a place for a simpler Easter egg hunt that would run more often (monthly).

 

One more thing I just thought of that could be fun (if it went ahead) is if they let the Tanki Community submit their own creations via the forum to be used in Easter egg hunts. Those that get a lot of votes and are approved could find there way into the game during a hunting period. That said, I think devs are probably fairly limited with what they can/can't do as far as graphics/image limitations, so submissions would have to meet Tanki's requirements to stand a chance of getting the green light.

I do know what an Easter egg is... and THE GAME basically was just a bunch of Easter eggs put together, hence my association with it.

Yes, I realize that now...going back and reading your message it makes sense to me now. Thanks for your input and showing me something I didn't know about :)
