[Declined] Bring back the rest of Rio

I have noticed that on Rio there is a large blocked-off section behind the 'blue' team's side (when playing CTF). I propose un-blocking off this section. To prevent unfairness (in terms of map assymmetry) you could add some stuff behind the 'red' team's side or move the blue flag into the new area.

That area was never intended to be playable. It's just there to give the map a bit more depth to make it look more like a real location, rather than a floating platform over void. The map has been balanced to make sure both teams have the same amount of playable area, cover, spawn, etc.
