How long does it take for a post to appear?

I wrote a post 4 hours ago and it said to be reviewed for moderation. There does't seem to be any phsical record of the post. I only got a message to say it's being reviewed.

It might be helpful to have a copy sent to the players inbox or a confirmation of some description as you get with most professional forums.

Does anyone know how long it can take to hear back or get some proof of it's existence. It's frustrating spending time writing a post just for it to disappear into the ether without a trace.

If its in VR just wait for a mod to ban the person, it should appear. In AW you just have to wait for one of the reporters to come online.

All depends on workload of Moderators working in that section and the type of section. AW section topics are usually dealt with within a day while clan topics or I&S topics can take quite a few number of days to be approved/denied.

4 hours is simply too less time for any section requiring approval. Unless you're lucky and moderators don't have a long queue of topics, it's very rare to have something approved within a few hours. Just have some patience and wait at least a day or two before contacting the concerned Moderators via PM.
