am i the only one who feels like i am talking to a speaking wall that has -1 feelings?

i got banned 3 times for a month for no reason and i tried talking to a mod but all i got in return was

"you have done some serious rule breaking":noob go out.

then i asked if premium can be moved to other acc,

reply:"you have done some serious rules breaking":noob go out.

i told mod i will never spend money on the game.he replied:

"you have done some serious rule breaking".

mod how old are you?>"you have done some serious rule breaking"

ok sorry.

mod have nice day and good luck with your work..

next day

i got 200 messages saying "you have done some serious rule breaking".\

I agree on mods talking like robots alot. I feel like they have a list of answers that they copy and paste from most of the time. Mafioso seems to be the only one with a real personality.

They can be jerks at times, but it seems to be frequent in your case. Dont brush it off, tell them you mean business and you want some answers. They cant ban you for that. Banning for being pissed off a guy wants answers to a question they're failing to answer is no reason to ban somebody, so give them your thoughts!

If you think you have been banned for no reason send a PM to and she will be able to provide proof of your ban, If you have as you say done nothing wrong then your ban will be lifted

As for the other issue, I seriously doubt that a mod wouldn't have answered your questions. As mods, most of our work involves answering questions by players and helping them with various issues. I know I speak for all Moderators when I say that we won't leave your sincere questions unanswered just because you have a bad karma. The only reason we won't answer is if we know that you're trolling and/or have no interest in getting an answer or you just want to flame (argue for the sake of arguing). For obvious reasons, these players have to be given 'special treatment'.

Again, if you think you got an unfair ban AND you were treated unfairly by a moderator, contact their administrators and they will deal with both issues.
