Horrible bug (Please help)

Hello everyone !

 

I would like to report about a serious in game problem that started 2 days ago.

 

The problem is that , whenever i join a game one of these if not all of these problem happen :

1. My Tank will not collect any boxes whatsoever.
2. I cannot deal any damage at all , nor heal any teammate.
3. My tank's speed is much slower than normal speed , it feels like i am in the matrix and the others are in fast motion.

Because of it i tried :

1. Un-install and Re-install the game.
2. Tried to play it on different browsers (Google Chrome , Microsoft Edge).
3. Cleared the history of both browsers.
4. Restarted the Wi Fi 4 Times.
5. Tried consistently log out and join again.
6. Tried to change my tank gear in and out of every game. 

​After all these methods and still the game will not function as normal even though 

i get around 70 FPS & around 50 Ping.

 

Is there anything i can do now ?

:mellow:    The same problem happens in browser tanki, just self destruct and it should fix itself.

Yep, sometimes when you spawn into battles you have to either die or self-destruct and then you can start damaging. Super annoying, but it happens. If this does not fix it, I have no clue what is going on.

I've been noticing recently that sometimes when you spawn in a laggy battle for the first time, you cannot do any damage or pick up any boxes, but you can be damaged.  You have to die once and then it is fixed. A bit annoying.

Yeah, Just get killed and you are ready to go.. If that ain't solving it, try the client. It might be an improvement

Client helps somewhat, but sometimes the client practically breaks down and causes serious lag issue. It would take around 30-40 seconds to type a sentence such as, "Hey, there's this dude hiding out in our base."
