to help mods,i suggest that for each post a player posts on violation section for reporting tankers using sabotage with video,they should get a prize.this way the amount of mults will decrease by 50

%.

Next time when you post an idea, please make sure to come up with a title that describes that idea itself, rather than gets people to click on the topic. We don't change titles for rejected ideas (other than adding the [Declined] tag), but if an idea gets approved, we will edit the title if we think it's misleading.

Already suggested and knocked back because Mods thought 1 token payment per day of 500 crystals for successful videos (not screenshots) constituted a living.

 

We all know why some mods objected and it sure wasn't for the reasons stated.

Very few of them understood it anyway.

I always assumed they give no reward, because this will overload the moderators that process the reports.

A single moderator can handle around 3 video based bans per hour - max. 4 if he is fast.

Now imagine they would get 2x the amount of reports... who shall process them?

 

Oh I know.. they just answer most of them with "insufficient proove"..

 

 

 

- 10..15 min video (as 10min their requested min. duration)

- 2 min for playing some back and fwd around the cruicial situations

- 5 min for checking the report-history of the reported account name with some kind of tool to find out what punishment seems apropriate; casting the ban or whatever, answer in the forum, maybe initiate a download of the video to save the proove, process to the next

You'll be surprised at how many current mods didn't even know about crystal payments when they applied and the only reason they applied was because it's something they genuinely wanted to do in their spare time.

Can be abused, let's say you give your little sister to mult on your poor account and you report it.

Although if this isn't abusable () and number of reports isn't problem, then it would be nice.

Lets have it working from WO1 onwards.

Then you have to spend a lot of time to raise a new account to WO1, to be finally able to report it.

 

After 2..3 times the WO1 accont gets locked up forever.

 

If the reward would be 1/10 of your rankup gift, then you would be better off to simply play your main, instead of faking reports.

Because his reply bore no relation to my suggestion. No way does receiving a small compensation in the way I suggested constituted receiving an "income" in the context and no way did I suggest anyone would be hunting down anybody.

 

It's there in black and white. Many of people replying didn't understand what the idea was suggesting. Players thought every screenshot for example would have earned a payment.

But if you ask me it's all about protecting your own remuneration. You lot prefer cheats to having give anyone a small 1 a day or even 1 a week payment for lost playing time for performing a service and that's precisely how it turned out to be. I remember how you lot vehemently protected your special helper protection when it came under threat. 

 

I've called out IF before on searching for things that were supposed to have been suggested before. Some of you lot say anything to shut us down.

 

 

But all that said and done, what did all those mults and cheats that are left to ruin battles unabated do to the game? Hmm? Tanki has fell by the wayside for it's lack of ability to tackle these and server numbers are a joke. You lot were so wrong back then and still are now.  Mults and cheats killed this game and I was right and you lot were wrong. There are none so blind as those who will not see.

The latter is a much more valuable use of their time, so they don't want to encourage reporting on the forum. The option is there if you want it, but you're not helping the mods by reporting, therefore you should not get any more reward other than personal satisfaction from knowing that the violator got banned.

and you have demonstrated your ignorance, just like the others. My idea never suggested at any time that forum violations were to be reported for rewards or any chat violation either. Thank you for this gift. Proves my point 100%
