invalid Tanki Online Wiki Application for Android, iOS and WP

Hello Everyone! 

 

Based on the same topic with the forum called "Tanki Online Forum Application for Android, iOS and WP" and for several of my past experiences, I'd like to propose the idea of an Official Application of Tanki Online Wiki for Android, iOS and Windows Phone platforms. I know the Wiki works on any Mobile browser, but some of these ones need time to load all the wiki information, mainly when it's about media files (Almost always).

The application performance would be improved and optimized with every update. 

If you have used the Wiki on smartphones you surely experienced some lag issues, the ones which would disappear if an App is released.

 

I think that an App would show the TO information better and more suitably to find out the information we are looking for easily, and even more it could works without internet connection, which would be very helpful if for example you are in a TO meeting and you have not an internet package, you could review any information about Tanki Online wherever you are.

 

This might be possible by having an Official Application of Tanki Online Wiki on your Smartphone.

Maybe they could just make a Tanki app with access to the wiki, forum, help site and ratings from one app.

Because Tanki X is supposed to be playable on Phone someday in the future, so it would suit it better. Im not saying that it's not a good Idea for TO either.

Looks cool, cool idea but I don't get why? What would be the purpose and goal of this? Also, this would be impractical and inefficient for us to edit the Wiki.

Nug, updating the Wiki on the browser would automatically update it for the application. They both are the same thing, just that it's an application. Like, suppose Tanki's on mobile. If developers add a new turret by a computer, both the browser and the mobile application will have that new turret.

 

Also, if you meant that how are we going to edit the Wiki so that it appears correctly on a mobile device, don't worry. Apps allows optimization and the screen appears exactly as you want too, like the difference between using forum on phone vs. computer.

Bruh I'm saying for us (Wiki Editors), it would be difficult and impractical to edit pages on mobile. If this idea had to be implemented, I feel like it should be of some benefit to us, though I am not against this idea. I perfectly understand what you're saying but I'm saying that a mobile may be too small to edit the Wiki and an application wouldn't be useful. He also proposes that the Wiki be available on mobile, not just the application:

Well, I never thought how much useful it could/should be for the Wiki Editors and even more, because I don't know how the system works when you edit the Wiki.
 
I clearly said an example in the main post, however, I know this one might not be enough and/or persuasive reason for most of you. I also know that I said in the update post that the written information have been changed:

But it doesn't mean I will no longer change. 
 
 
So, for now, I need time to recolect feedback from Wiki Editors at least and, start finding out other positives and benefitial aspects for this propose.
