Lost Account Tanki Won't give Back

I don't know if this is under the right section, if so pardon me.

 

Kind of a long story so bear with me. So I have been playing Tanki A long time and I have this main account which I created A while back named Wonky_Stick. I had created it with in companionship with my friends account and we did kind of share each others account. Anyway, he was deployed and he gave his account to his brother and I haven't heard from him since. So I love Tanki and about two years ago I lost my account because the email it was linked to was my work email(I know, stupid me) and they ended up just abandoning the email when I got a new job. I should have changed email but that was the last of my worries because things were kinda hectic at the time.

          I forgot the password and I know this sounds unbelievable, but I had just changed it right before things went downhill and forgot it. So I have submitted several applications to recover it, but they refuse to give it to me because I shared it with my friend. I wasn't aware this was breaking the rules and I am sorry if it hurt anyone. (no sarcasm) its been two years and all I want is my account back (as I plan to start playing again).

 

I did put real money into this thing and that is why I am mad they won't give it back. All I am asking is for my account back, I have put a good chunk of money in it gave you my business, and all I want is MY account back.

 

Again sorry if this isn't under the right topic and if I went on too long but i'm sick of playing this game. If any moderators or players have any advice or can help feel free to leave a comment. If this isn't under the right section please move it to the correct one.

 

PS don't link the "What if I lost my account" I've got that about a million and a half times.

Since you broke the game rules by sharing your account, there is no way for you to get your account back.
When signing up for this game, you have to confirm that you read and agreed to the rules. I understand that it sucks, since you spent real money on the game, but that doesn't mean you do not have to follow the rules, nor does it help you get your account back.

If you want to try to get your account back anyway, the only thing you can do is contact the help desk again, they're the only ones that can unblock your account.

Sorry. There's nobody who can do anything about it except the Help Desk.

Honestly, you can make an account much better than Wonky_Stick very easily with no buying.

 

Just takes a little time, thought and perseverance. For example,  I have a Warrant Officer 5 account which has 2 M2s and several M1s. I didn't buy a single crystal on it.

 

Contact Help Desk regarding your complaint.

 

In all honesty, an account which has had items bought using real money should either be temporarily suspended (for a certain length of time), the purchased items should be refunded or the purchased items should be transferred to another account.

Okay thanks, I agree about the money thing. The only reason I'm chasing this account is because I did put money into it, and worked hard on it. But like you said I can always create another account. I do think that is kind of an irrational rule but whatever there game there rules. Thanks again for the replies.

 

Yeah just found out they refuse to give my account back, disappointing but I guess there are other games besides Tanki. I am really disappointed about the lack of support in customer service and I think it should be taken more seriously. If anyone has any advice for any new games (I know this is off topic but screw that) it would be much appreciated.

It's not about the lack of customer service since they did actually answer you properly. Investing money into the game doesn't give you freedom to violate the rules. I understand you weren't aware of it but that again, isn't really Tanki's fault. Exceptions cannot be made when violations of rules is concerned.
