Problem loading web client

Hi,

 

My web client is loading painfully slow. Not sure why. Login page http://tankionline.com/battle-en.html takes 4 minutes to load.

 

After I log in the game loads foe about 5 minutes. no matter which server I connect to.

 

Joining battle takes forever and does not happen (see picture).

 

Some details of my environment:

 

Kubuntu 16.04 -64 bit; KDE version 5.5.5

 

Quadcore Intel i3 @2.2Ghz; 8GB RAM

 

Browser: Chrome for Linux v54.0.2840.100 64bit

 

 

Adobe Flash Player - Version: 23.0.0.207

Check for a good internet connection, you can also try clearing browser cache. The problem is most likely with your ping. Check this page for help. 

 

I recommend you to using Tanki Online Client he is good with these situations

Yeah my network is fine as I'm able to write here am I not? Also just managed to get in a battle after 7 minutes waiting ping is 31 FPS is 55

I never chach my browser sessions BTW.

 

Where can I download the Tanki Online Client for linux?

At the moment there are no plans for Linux yet. In future as the client gets better and better, there might be plans to expand, but we cannot guarantee that for now.

Exactly. It looks better now. so close this thread if you like. (FYI I've made NO changes since I first log in).

NO correct that it's NOT OK. Again takes long time to load.

did a network speed test. Upload is 41 Mbps download is 11Mbps

You can try using the Standalone Flash Player instead of the Tanki Client.

Yeah tried that a bunch of times. Not compatible with My OS sorry. I guess if its not only me having this then it's something to do with TO Servers.

I never chach my browser sessions BTW.

This means that it takes long to load every time you log in to Tanki. Storing data in your cache will make the game load faster, maybe that's the problem in your case.
