invalid Uncaught Gold boxes get added to the battle fund

If a gold box drops (player or system) within the last 45 seconds of a battle, a notification appears under the gold box notification that says "1000 crystals added to battle fund" and the gold never drops.   And that's what it does.

Well if you think about it it's the same amount of crystals...just distributed in a different way.  We're not really taking these crystals from nowhere, as they would have went to a player anyway. :)

I would like to add a suggestion to your brilliant idea.

 

Whoever has a gold box supply and wants to use it in a battle can press it's key and a pop up window will read "would you like to drop the gold box in the battle or add it to the battle fund?" There would three buttons underneath it:

 

"Drop in battle" or just "drop" button would drop it in the battle.

 

"Add to battle fund" or just "add" button would add 1000 crystals to the battle fund.

 

"Cancel" button cancels the action and gold box doesn't get used.

Interesting :).  The only downside I can see is sometimes adding to the battle fund will give you a lot of crystals, especially if you're in first place on the winning team. This would kind of be like giving yourself free crystals. But on the other hand, if you have enough money to get gold boxes, you could buy yourself crystals.

It happened yesterday when a gold dropped, the battle had 23 seconds left on the clock. And the battle finished even before it dropped. Extremely annoying

Hello everyone. The idea is good, as I've had the same problem recently. My suggestion would be that, if a gold box is dropped in the last 45 secs of the game, the game cannot be terminated until the box is taken by one of the player, or it gets dropped again in the next match. The fight for the gold box is one of the craziest and best moment of the game, and adding the box to the battle fund would not be fare for the losing team. 

I know it wouldn't help the losing team much, but it's better than getting nothing, right? :P

 

Moderators also mentioned they don't accept ideas about increasing times of matches.  Some people have exactly 15 minutes to play in the morning and they want to know how long they are playing for. :)

 

Same thing (sort of) with it dropping in the next match. What if it's the last match the player can play?

you could also give each tanker a share according to the plain number of tanks in the battle.

Like if there are 13 tanks in the battle, every one gets 1/13 of the box's value.

 

But the battle fund idea is for sure the simpler thing to implement.
