Remember Me - Deleted accounts from the list, have to log back in on every one

All my accounts disappeared from the list after yesterday's server restart... anyone know why? I have to log back in on every one again, and considering the fact that I have over 10 alts, it'll be very, very time consuming... any easy way to do this?

Yeah, I always use the client, but I didn't reinstall. Maybe Tanki somehow reset the client?

That's a possibility. You should try re-installing just in case, follow the instructions below.

 

1) Uninstall the game client.

2) Go to: %APPDATA%/../Roaming/TankiOnline

3) Delete "Local Store" folder.

4) Re-install the game client.

It happened to me, but deleting the "Local Store" file in %appdate%, uninstalling and reinstalling the Client worked.

I suggest you to use the Standalone Flash Player for this kind of an issue. I'm a user of SFP since many days and I've had no problems ;)

Did above suggestions. Up till now, it worked. But now, all of them disappeared again... am I going to have to reinstall the client several times a month now?

best thing to do is keep a record of all your accounts and also there emails .. cause i have had this happen many a times that i know long use it..

 

it could be your computer when it does updates ..

Naw. I just open up the client after, and then boom... they're all gone... and I have like, 4 accounts with different passwords, so it's really annoying.

Strange. It's been passed on to the developers, so hopefully they can fix this little problem shortly.
