Improve visual effects of Hammer and Vulcan projectiles

Vulcan and hammer,2 of the latest equipment introduced into the game.They are in the game for nearly 1 year now. They are really annoying in my opinion because of the metal scraping noise they make when they shoot and hit something.So i was thinking, tanki is a game that impossibilities dont exist. But the fact that little pillets can destroy armor tanks is a little to far . 

 

 

My suggestion :- Add high explosive effects when hammer / vulcan shoots something instead of regular metal sparks. This can be better for hammer since it has a high impact,but can such an impact just come from metal slugs? HE would be more suitable for the effects .

I agree that the visual effects of those bullets hitting tanks aren't particularly impressive, but to be fair, even in real life bullets don't produce massive explosions when impacting metal. Sparks are the most you're gonna get from them. So by that logic this idea doesn't make much sense.

Burning trees with damn hot turret (firebird) and trees survive... That sounds logic?

Mammoth on a palm tree which doesnt break. Sounds logic? Invinite ammo sounds logic? Maps floating in air sounds logic?

That part isn't actually that ridiculous. Those "tiny pellets" travel at 10x the speed of sound and aren't actually that tiny. Large-caliber machine guns have bullets over a centimetre thick. All that combined with a 60 shots per second fire rate can easily shred any kind of metal armour.

Please man , your so incorrect . If the armor is 3x thicker than the shell calibre , there cant be any penetrating . And those bullets will bounce off the tank armor

Stop arguing about Tanki realism. There's so many ridiculous things....

 

The only time I rage about Tanki un-realism is when my Railgun shot hits a tree on the Rio beach. :lol:  Those trees.....

They are made of... umm... crystallium - an extremely strong substance that can easily penetrate even the thickest metal armour  :ph34r:

yes, and every 10th time your clip reloads, it takes 30 crystals from your account. You blast your funds through the barrel :)

The only time I rage about Tanki un-realism is when my Railgun shot hits a tree on the Rio beach. :lol:  Those trees.....

The shot of a railgun passes through 10 tanks with ease but can not penetrate a single tree :D

 

But of course.. a railgun could shoot through concrete walls too.. which we simply can not allow to happen in the game.

So hide your tank behind trees.. it's more effective then you think :)

Its impossible to miss those trees! Like... They are always going to be where you aim. 70% of my shots hits those trees.

Still ,  Regular gun bullets destroying armor tanks is completely dumb . No matter if its possible in game only or in real life .

 

 

Vulcan SHOULD be a glattering gun with high explosive that deals more damage per shot and lower rate of fire instead of some re-tarded minigun that shoots tiny metal slugs at metalic behemoths .

I think Vulcan would even work if it shots 8 tiny shells each second. It would still feel like a continous stream of firepower.

 

But IMHO it has to keep the downsides it has:

- spin up / spin down

- visible trace in air

- gyro

- overheat

Personally i think vulcan should have an actual clip like hammer
