How to: Post with invisible text.

Recommended Posts

Alright, I've known about this since 2012 but never had a use for it, maybe you guys are more creative or I'm just old. Here goes nothing.

First, we gotta find out the forum's background hexadecimal colour, in this case it's #111111 (easy enough, eh?). Since we got that figured out, forget about the text colour selector! The custom colour value doesn't take #111111 anymore, so we're using bbcode!

The code for text colour is pretty simple!

[color='#111111'] (text here) [/color]

You can change the colour ID to whatever you wish, but we want it to be invisible!

If you do as everything's said above, your text should come out REALLY black, which is what we want. To read it, simply highlight the text or quote the user's post. Have fun!

Future note: put "invisible" in the title with quotation marks.

Of course this works.

Use the BB-Code button. The 1st button, like a switch, just before the erasor. Edited by sre123

Cool. But now how to do a Empty post.... Just turn the Font size down to Zero ( I would do it but I'm on mobile and can't)

alt + 0173 on numpad

Though it's unrelated, great for surpassing forum filters though since you can put it between the letters of a swear. Though we don't have a filter here so it's no use.
